with the development of satellite navigation communication,antenna is a very important unit,performance of the satellite navigation communication system is affected by it partly.a new type of bifilar helix for satellite navigation communication system is introduced,and the traving-wave bifilar helix is analyzed briefly.meanwhile,the design and the test results are given.the results show that the antenna possesses excellent circular hemispherical beam with wide angle circular polarization and better impedance match,and has a compact structure and high integration.it can be applied in caps systems successful.

小 摘要：随着卫星导航通信技术的迅速发展，天线作为卫星导航通信系统中的重要部分，在一定程度上决定着卫星导航通信系统的性能。介绍一种用于卫星导航通信系统的双臂螺旋天线，讲述爬行波式螺旋天线的设计过程，并给出最终测试结果。结果表明，该天线具有优良的圆对称半球波束，良好的广角圆极化特性和优良的阻抗匹配特性，其结构简单、紧凑，为通信入站回传提供了一种优良的选择。

The conclusion is that the path of Nanjie's institutional change is the outcome of the coevolution, say, competition, constraints, enforcement and transformation between the state and market; the coevolution have three dimensions: benefit, legitimacy and ideology; the path and outcome of institutional change in the process of coevolution are shaped by both the dual process of modernization and marketization in China's social transformation and the path dependence and cultural lag in China's incremental reform strategy: on the one hand, as historical conditions, the proceeding and logic of China's modernization constraint the state and market's institutional choices; on the other hand, under the interplay between the path dependence and cultural lag, the interaction between the state and market can produce various complex combinations, therefore various institutional landscape, even "institutional paradox".

本文认为，高度政治化、高度集体化的南街村体制是国家与市场互动演化，即国家与市场之间相互竞争、制约、强化和改变的结果；国家与市场之间的互动演化有利益、合法性和意识形态等三个维度，而互动演化所造成的制度变迁轨迹和结果则同时受中国社会转型中的现代化进程和市场化进程，以及渐进式改革中的路径依赖和文化堕距的影响：一方面，现代化进程作为一种共同的历史条件制约着国家和市场各自在互动过程中的制度选择；另一方面，在路径依赖和文化堕距的交互作用下，国家与市场之间的互动会形成多种复杂的、犬牙交错的组合，从而塑造出千姿百态的制度景象甚至"悖论"。

Secondly, the platform of IPTV set-top box named DM6446 is introduced, and then the AVS video coding standard which is implemented as the video coding standard of IPTV is introduced. The kernel architecture, peripheral devices of DM6446 and the key technique of AVS video coding such as transformation, quantization, intra-prediction, inter-prediction, interpolation, and loop filter is introduced in detail. Thirdly, the system procedures of set-top box which are implemented on the ARM side of DM6446 are introduced in detail. This part focuses on the demultiplex of audio and video data, the design of data interface, the playback of audio and video, and the communication between ARM and DSP. Fourthly, the loop filter algorithm of AVS video coding standard is introduced in full detail, and the optimized procedures of the algorithm on the DSP side of DM6446 are introduced, and then the optimized results are presented. Fifthly, the thesis introduces and analyzes the state-of-art technique of deblocking filter, and proposes a deblocking method, and then the results of proposed method are given. Finally, summarize of this thesis and further development is given.

首先对IPTV技术、视频编解码技术以及去块滤波技术做了简要介绍；然后介绍了IPTV机顶盒的实现平台DM6446，并介绍了该处理器的外围接口和内核结构，同时介绍了作为本IPTV系统视频标准的AVS第二部分视频标准，以及该标准中变换量化、帧内预测、帧间预测、插值和环路滤波等多个模块的算法；接着，详细介绍了机顶盒系统相应程序在DM6446 ARM核上的实现，重点介绍了音视频系统码流的解复用、数据接口设计、音视频的播放以及ARM核与DSP核之间的通信；然后，详细介绍了AVS视频标准中环路滤波算法及该算法在DM6446 C64+内核上的优化，并给出优化结果；然后对去块滤波算法进行了研究并提出了一种环路滤波方案，同时给出了此方案的实验结果；最后总结了本文的工作，并提出了可以改进的方向。

Under the condition of running on the hard soil pavement with the total train mass, the riding comfort tests of the tractor-trailer combinations with the stiff and the flexible drawgear have been performed, and the dynamics longitudinal force has been studied. When the flexible drawgear was used, the theoretical results and the experimental data showed that the peak value of the dynamics longitudinal force, the peak value of the RMS of the dynamics longitudinal force, and the PSD both of the dynamics longitudinal force and of the longitudinal acceleration decreased largely.

以平稳随机路面激励状况下满载行驶作为挂接车辆的经常行驶工况，进行了挂接车辆以刚性牵引架及不同柔性牵引参数的柔性牵引装置牵引运行时的平顺性试验，柔性牵引理论分析结果与试验结果均表明，使用柔性牵引参数值接近优化值的柔性牵引装置后，动态纵向牵引力的峰值、功率谱密度峰值及均方根值均有了大幅度的降低；主车和挂车的纵向振动加速度功率谱峰值也有了很大的降低。

The different fishes which are employed in the present studies are wild-type salmon, cultured salmon of freshwater and seawater, sea perch and fat greenling. The complete CT gene sequences of salmons are obtained by PCR amplification. The partial CT sequences of sea perch and fat greenling are obtained by in vitro cloning PCR method. Alignment of obtained CT sequences with other fish CT shows that CT appears to be well conserved among the same family. And the relative in taxonomy is far away, the similarity of different fish CTs is low. On the contrary, the closer the relative in taxonomy is, the higher the similarity of different fish CTs is. The sCT is expressed in pGEX-4T-X by recombinant form . We also succeed in the research of sCT expression alone by expression PCR. In addition, sCT antiserum is obtained using GST-sCT as antigen, and the high titer is tested by double immunodiffusion. In the rat bioassay, administration of 50 μg recombinant protein evoked significant hypocalcemia at 1 h after the data are analyzed by t-test.

本文用PCR方法克隆了野生鲑鱼、养殖鲑鱼的降钙素基因，并应用体外克隆PCR的方法首次克隆出鲈鱼、六线鱼降钙素的部分基因序列，通过对克隆的降钙素序列的比较研究，结果显示同一科的鱼降钙素序列保守性较高，同时，根据降钙素的部分氨基酸序列进行了降钙素相似性的比较研究，结果显示在分类学上，分类地位较远的鱼，其降钙素相似性较低，分类地位越接近的鱼，其降钙素相似性越高；我们利用谷胱甘肽S-转移酶(Glutathions S-transferase，GST)融合表达载体pGEX-4T-X对克隆的鲑鱼降钙素基因进行了融合表达研究，应用表达PCR的方法对降钙素基因的独立表达进行了初步的研究探索，并将纯化的融合蛋白作为抗原，获得了高效价的兔抗鲑鱼降钙素免疫血清；生物活性研究表明，大肠杆菌表达的融合蛋白具有显著的降血钙作用。

The two results derive from different ways are approximate. 2 The mass of the isodoublet of 2~3S_1 nonet is analyzed in the quarkonium-quarkonium mixing scheme, the results (1584±16.7MeV) is far from the K~*(1410)(1414±15MeV). 3 Based on "glueball dominance" picture, we establish glueball-meson mass relations. For the 2~ glueball mass and 4~ glueball mass used as input parameters, these relations predict the mass of isoscalar of 1~3F_4(4~)(2076±19.66MeV).

The results above showed:(1) The cultivars of large-flowered chrysanthemum are widely distributed in Beijing area with plentiful floral types and floral colors;(2) The cultivars with the rare types and colors are urgent for protection;(3) Most of the quantitative characters obeys to the normal distribution,some important traits agreed with skewed distribution.The probability grading can assist quantitative character in establishing new grading standards;(4) Most of qualitative characters is asymmetrical in cultivars,which might be caused by unbalanced differentiation of characters or linkages coming from emphasis characters selection;(5) The floral characters are relatively stable and have comparably large influence on classification,the characters of stipule also have a certain degree of stability and can act as an reasonable supplement for cultivars classification,but the foliar characters have worse stability and can only be recognized as lower level criterion.(6) The genetic relationship among the Flat-petaled group,the Quilled-petal group and the Spoon-petaled group are closest,which followed by the Filiform-petal group because of long-term selection pressure for the specialization of the petal tip loved by most people.The Anemone-petal group has further genetic relationship with these four groups.(7) ISSR molecular marker detection indicates that the proportion of polymorphic loci of lardge-flowered chrysanthemum is higher,in which the Flat-petaled group has the highest genetic diversity level.

综合以上的研究结果表明：(1)北京地区现有大量大菊品种，且花型与花色较为丰富；(2)珍稀花型、花色品种亟需保护；(3)大部分数量性状是符合正态分布的，少数重点观赏性状迫于选择压力呈现偏态分布，概率分级法能够辅助大菊的数量性状建立新的分级标准；(4)大部分质量性状在品种群内的分布是不均匀的，可能是由菊花性状遗传分化的不均衡性或受到选育重点性状的连锁作用而造成的；(5)大菊花部性状相对稳定，对品种分类影响较大，其托叶部分也具有一定程度的稳定性，可以作为品种分类的合理补充，而叶部性状稳定性较差，在品种分类中应作为更次一级的分类依据；(6)平瓣类、管瓣类和匙瓣类的亲缘关系最近，畸瓣类品种花瓣先端特化受到人们的喜爱，长期的选择压力使其区别于3种基本瓣型，而这四种瓣型与桂瓣类在亲缘关系上较远；(7)ISSR分子标记检测表明：大菊品种多态性位点百分率较高，平瓣类品种的遗传分化最为丰富。

试验过程中，运用几种不同的粒子作为煤粉粒子的模拟粒子进行测量和比较，结果表明：（1）粒子的特性参数是影响测量精度的重要因素之一；（2）测最气固两相湍流流场中粒子的运动特征时，应尽可能选择形状较规则、折射率大、尺寸分布合理、不易粘结且易于收集同时接近所要模拟的粒子性能的固体粒子，必要的时侯应结合粒子性能对测量结果进行修正。
