The experimental results for different truncated parameters have been compared with the theoretical results, showing the validness of the method proposed.

This study paid more attention to the techniques of detecting Soybean mosaic virus in dry soybean seed and Bean common mosaic virus in dry bean seed by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction, combining with biological test and enzyme-linked immosorbent assay. The goal of the research is to establish a molecular detection procedure of SMV and BCMV from dry seed. The main results are following:⑴The effective techniques were made to extract total RNA of SMV from dry soybean seed and BCMV from dry bean seed.

本研究以大豆和菜豆种子中主要种传病毒大豆花叶病毒、菜豆普通花叶病毒作为检测对象，在生物学测定和酶联免疫吸附测定的基础上，研究干种子中两种病毒的逆转录-聚合酶链式反应检测方法，以建立一套快速、灵敏、专化性强的直接以干种子作为检测对象的分子检测技术体系，主要结果如下：⑴建立了从大豆和菜豆干种子中提取SMV、BCMV总RNA的有效方法。

The results reveal that two energy transfer paths (i. e.β-PEB→α/β-PCB and β-PEB→α/βPCB′) with time constants of 50ps and 200ps, respectively, exist in R-PC monomers, and that α/β-PCB′chromophores are the terminal emitting acceptors with fluorescence lifetimes of 1150 ps. The experimental results of time-resolved fluorescence spectroscopy in case of R-PC trimers exhibit that the corresponding energy transfer processes are faster in R-PC trimers than in R-PC monomers, with time constants being 45ps, 165 ps and 920ps.

基于此，本文在实际工程项目中选取189座板桥作为样本，通过对样本桥梁实测静载挠度、应变和动载频率进行统计回归分析，建立桥梁结构动载试验结果与静载试验结果之间的关系，通过桥梁结构动力特性来评定结构承载力，论文主要完成了以下几个方面的工作：(1)以样本桥梁实测数据为基础反演装配式板桥受力特性，确定各种型式装配式板桥的铰缝受力特点、桥面铺装层受力特点以及护栏沿桥面横向分配原则，以此建立真实反映装配式板桥受力特点的理论计算模型，为装配式板桥承载力评定提供理论计算依据。
