Visual inspection of spectra shows that the differences observed in spectra of different cells in band intensities at 1603cm^(-1)(C=C in-plane bending mode of phenylalanine and tyrosine) and 1616cm^(-1)(C=C stretching mode of tyrosine and tryptophan) are obvious. This can be used as the marks for blood cell of defferent species. And LTRS is a useful tool for the blood cell analysis.

This dissertation focuses on land desertification of the middle reaches of the Tarim River. Taking the train of thought and methods that combining aerial remote sensing and historical material with ground investigation and indoor comprehensive analysis, macroanalysis with micro-analysis, qualitative research with quantitative research, and expressing the result of research by means of mapping, the author makes a systematic research on land desertification.
