objective:to analyze the difference between mammary duct ectasiaand plasma cell mammitis.methods:the data of 24 cases of mde and 28 cases of pcm,including clinical manifestations,distinguished diagnoses,surgical therapy,pathological results,were analyzed.results:the clinical manifestations of mde are nipple discharge and breast mass,which should be distinguished with breast mass and early stage of breast cancer.the treatment is local resection.major pathological changes are duct ectasia and obvious periductal inflammatory changes.the clinical manifestations of pcm are breast mass and inflammatory changes,which should to be distinguished with advanced breast cancer and inflammatory breast cancer.the surgical treatment is extensive resection.the major pathological changes are inflammatory reaction and multiple abscesses in breast tissue.conclusion:mde and pcm are significant different,and they are different progressing stage of disease,thus the two diagnoses are independent.

目的：分析乳腺导管扩张症和浆细胞性乳腺炎临床上的差异。提出各自独立诊断的论据。方法：结合24例乳腺导管扩张症和28例浆细胞性乳腺炎对两病的临床症状、鉴别诊断、手术治疗、病理结果进行比较分析。结果：乳腺导管扩张症临床表现为乳头溢液和乳腺肿物，主要与乳腺肿物和早期乳腺癌鉴别诊断，手术以局部切除多见，病理表现为导管扩张及导管周围明显炎性改变。浆细胞性乳腺炎临床表现为乳腺肿物和炎性改变，主要与晚期乳腺癌和炎性乳腺癌鉴别诊断，手术切除的范围较大，病理变化以乳腺组织的炎性反应和多发性脓肿为主。结论：乳腺导管扩张症和浆细胞性乳腺炎有明显的差异，应作为这两种疾病独立诊断。

In this thesis, the reaction of methanol conversion into hydrocarbons on HZSM-5 and SAPO molecular sieves, which is of great importance to industry, is selected as probe reaction to get deeper insights into the structure of solid catalysts and the interaction of reactants with catalysts during adsorption and catalytic reaction by solid state NMR.

本论文主要以固体NMR为研究手段，以甲醇制烃类作为探针反应，详细研究了催化剂的结构、吸附过程中反应物与催化剂的相互作用、反应过程中反应物与催化剂的相互作用，主要取得了如下结果： 1 原位MAS NMR实验结果表明，甲醇制烃类的过程是通过&碳池&机理来实现，&碳池&的组成随反应的进行而变化，在反应前期，&碳池&由饱和烃类构成，随着反应的进行，饱和烃类和不饱和烃类共同组成&碳池&。

To date, there have been a few clinical trials exploring the efficacy of NMDA enhancers as adjuvant therapy. For instance, D-serine (an endogenous agonist of the NMDA-glycine site) and sarcosine (N-methylglycine, an endogenous glycine transporter I inhibitor) are not only well-tolerated but also synergistic in improving positive, negative symptoms and cognitive function in chronic patients receiving typical or atypical antipsychotics. We just completed the first trial applying NMDA enhancers in acutely exacerbated schizophrenia patients with collaboration with Harvard University, and the results showed that sarcosine was superior to D-serine in efficacy.

目前已有将NMDA促进剂作为辅助用药的临床研究，例如，D-serine (一种内生性NMDA-glycine site致效剂)、sarcosine (即N-methylglycine，一种内生性glycine transporter I 抑制剂)等，结果显示它们不但安全，且能加强传统及新一代抗精神病剂对慢性患者活性、负性症状及认知功能的疗效；我们日前与哈佛大学合作完成目前唯一将NMDA促进剂用於急性患者的研究，结果发现，sarcosine的疗效又优於D-serine。

Arbitrary waveform generator is widely used in experiment and practical work as signal sourer. Apply the HSO function of 8OC198KC MCU to generate PWM waveform, then use the PWM to compose arbitrary waveform. The concrete hardware control circuit and the software realization method are presented. Then take the three-phase SPWM waveform generator for example, pot forward the application circuit and show the result of test. Experiment shows that the waveform distortion of sine, triangle and sawtooth is small and the operation is simple. The performance is high.

任意波形发生器作为信号源，在实验教学和实际工作中有着广泛的应用；应用Intel公司80C196KC单片机的HSO功能产生PWM波形，再由FWM波合成频率在20~100Hz之间的任意波形；设计了具体的硬件控制电路和详细的软件实现方法，并以三相SPWM波形发生器为例，给出了实际应用电路及其测试结果；实验结果表明，该波形发生器产生的三相正弦波，三角波、锯齿波失真度小，操作简单，直观，性能价格比高。

The results are unsure for experimental use;The rabbit's corneas that were removed with upper-half of corneal limbal epithelium lamella and erased the center corneal epitheliums were transparent with intact corneal epithelium;In the approach,the corneal and limbal epitheliums were burned with a cotton swab socked in 1 mol/L NaOH,there were 4 rabbits' corneal stroma happened perforation or ulcer and symblepharon,and the other one presented corneal epithelium phenotype.This is an applicable method to create the pathological model of corneal limbal stem cell total deficiency.

结果表明，处理后4周，全周角膜缘上皮板层手术切除，中央角膜上皮层用1 mol/L NaOH擦除的5只试验家兔角膜表面全部血管化、结膜化，未发生睑球粘连，角膜基质胶原纤维完整未见溃疡、穿孔等病变，细胞印迹学检查为结膜表型，可作为实验性角膜缘干细胞移植的病理模型；全周角膜缘上皮板层手术切除，中央角膜上皮用生理盐水擦除的5只试验家兔，有2只为结膜表型，另3只为角膜表型，观察期内结果不稳定；半周角膜缘上皮板层手术切除，中央角膜上皮层用生理盐水擦除的5只试验家兔，角膜表面透明，全部为角膜表型；直接用1 mol/L NaOH擦除角膜缘和中央角膜上皮的试验家兔，有4只角膜基质胶原纤维断裂、溶解，并伴有严重的溃疡、穿孔、睑球粘连等病变，不能用于移植试验，另1只角膜表面透明，未见结膜和新生血管长入，细胞印迹学检查为角膜表型。

The "yes" or "no"(1 or 0) of distribution of reptiles in Guangdong Province were regarded as two-state character. The relative coefficient was taken for the similar degree of reptiles in every two zoogeographical provinces. The cluster analysis was taken by group average method. The characteristics of geographical distribution and the comparison between the result of cluster analysis and the geographical distribution of reptiles in Guangdong Province are discussed.

将各种爬行动物在广东4个动物地理省（粤北、粤东、粤西、沿海）分布的有或无作为二元性状，用联合系教来表征每两个动物地理省爬行动物组成的相似程度，以类平均法进行聚类分析，结果表明爬行类在广东各动物地理省的分布受地形明显影响，论述了广东省爬行动物地理分布的特点，并对聚类结果与动物地理区划进行了比较。

Analysis of the influence of different flight departure time alteration on flight load may also serve as a reference for the flight departure time adjustment considerations of airlines. Furthermore, the estimation parameter value in passenger choice utility function for passengers to early arrival is less then to late arrivals. This shows that domestic flight passengers prefer the early arrival flight to late arrival flight under the same time difference between passenger desired departure time and flight departure time.
