The results show that the composite compound observed is mainly composed of TiC, CaS and CeS; the nucleation sequence of the phases during the solidification of the alloy is CeS→TiC→austenite; the (100) crystal plane of CeS and the (001) plane of TiC, and (100) plane of TiC and (001) plane of austenite match perfectly; CeS can act as the heterogeneous nucleating center of TiC, and TiC can act as the nucleating center of austenite.

结果表明：试样中的复合化合物主要由CaS，CeS和TiC组成；合金凝固时的形核顺序为CeS→TiC→奥氏体；CeS及CaS的(100)晶面与TiC的(001)晶面、TiC的(100)晶面与奥氏体的(001)晶面匹配良好；CeS凝固时可作为TiC的异质形核核心，而TiC又可作为奥氏体的形核核心。

All of the studies in this paper, including the study of leaching behavoirs of HLW glass under repository conditions, low oxgen and multi-barrier media; the geochemical model PHREEQC used for calculating the leachate compositions and sediment phases on the glass surface; A Monte Carlo model established and used for study of leaching behavior of HLW-glass; as well as the high-temperature self-propagating synthesis used for immobilization of Sr element in perovskite synroc, are the front research works of this field in the world, and obtained some significative results in theory and practice.

本研究所作的高放废液玻璃固化体在模拟地质处置条件下（低氧条件和多种地质介质）的浸出行为研究，采用了低氧条件和多种模拟地质介质，包括北山预选厂址的花岗岩、膨润土、水泥和Fe〓O〓作为浸出介质，模拟地下水和去离子水作为浸出剂，90℃和150℃两种浸出温度；采用了地球化学模型PHREEQC（version2.7）研究玻璃固化体浸出液中主要元素的浓度以及沉积相的生成；采用蒙特卡罗法建立玻璃固化体的计算模型，对玻璃固化体的浸出行为进行研究；采用了自蔓延高温法固化锶，这些工作都是当前国际上比较前沿的研究课题，采用了先进的分析测试技术，并且作了大量计算，得出了理论上和实践上有意义的结果。

Sherds were collected from Hongzhou Kiln covering 8 periods from Eastern Han to Late Tang Dynasty/the Five Dynastied and their bodies were analysed by NAA. The results show that the elemental contents in different samples are quite distinct, even for those in the same period. It means no single element can be used as "fingerprint" to distinguish the period. The curves of the contents of Na, Rb, Ba and Fe varying with lime are very similar, like "U" shape.

对江西洪州窑从东汉晚期至晚唐五代8期400个瓷胎样品进行了中子活化分析，分析结果显示碱金属元素Na和Rb、碱土金属元素Ba及Fe等作为胎的助熔剂元素随年代的变化趋势相似，都呈现出两头高中间低的U字形变化规律，其中Fe作为呈色元素，其含量的高低与瓷胎颜色的深浅是一致的。

The spacing between neighboring spacers in the panel, length and width of spacers are taken as design variables, while objective function is defined in terms of prescribed constraints on structural response, i. e., the stress and displacement of panel. The finite element method analysis code ANSYS is used here for structural analysis.

The results show that: 1 supplementation of protein to maturation media improves cumulus expansion in vitro compared to the protein-free control, but cumulus expansion is not necessarily related to oocyte nuclear maturation in pigs, and cumulus expansion is not the criterae for determination of nuclear maturation of pig oocytes, but only the exclusion of the first polar body; 2 exposure of pig COCs to hormone supplements for 23-24 hours improved cumulus expansion but had no significant effect on nuclear maturation compared to that for 46-48 hours; 3 under our research conditions, supplementation of different proteins into different maturation media has different effects on porcine oocyte nuclear maturation, but has no significant effect on subsequent embryonic development after IVF; 4 the nuclear maturation rates of pig oocytes matured in mTCM+pFF and mNCSU+pFF are superior than that in mNCSU+FCS; 5 different maturation media have no effect on pig oocyte cumulus expansion and subsequent embryonic development after IVF.

结果显示：(1)在成熟液中添加蛋白质可以加强卵丘细胞的扩散，但猪卵母细胞的核成熟与其周围的卵丘细胞扩展没有必然的联系，卵丘细胞扩散或成放射状不宜作为猪卵母细胞核成熟的标准，只有排出第一极体才能作为猪卵母细胞核成熟的标志；(2)在猪COCs的46-48小时成熟培养的后23-24小时阶段去除成熟液中的激素不但可以保证卵母细胞的核成熟率，而且可加强卵丘细胞的扩散；(3)在现有实验条件下，在mTCM和mNCSU中添加10％pFF与在mNCSU中添加10％FCS相比可获得较高的猪卵母细胞核成熟率；(4)在不同的成熟液中添加不同的蛋白质对猪卵母细胞核成熟率的影响效果不一样，但对体外受精后的早期胚胎发育影响不明显；(5)成熟液种类对猪卵母细胞的卵丘细胞扩散和体外受精后的早期胚胎发育无显著影响。
