In the present paper, the induction characteristic of lymphoblastoid, in-terferon in vitro is described. Results indicate that Namalwa cell line possesses a higher interferon-inducing ability than Raji and Yu-Nu cell lines. NDV B1 strain, F strain and Sendai virus can induce more interferon than BB1 virus and poly 1 : C.
