This chapter is divided into four sections, First Section present the Qing Dynasty "Lao Zi" annotator's expectations "saints" is "Save by Tao" image of the ideal; Section II of the Qing Dynasty "Lao Zi" annotator's analysis of the concept of "Doing Nothing". The third quarter discusses the "Lao Zi" annotator in Qing Dynasty especially for the Thrust-Weight "Forgotten" in the political meaning.

本章共分为四节，第一节为「理想人格」，呈现清代《老子》注家对「圣人」的期许，他们认为圣人是大道的体用，是「以道救人」的理想形象；第二节为「无心顺物」，讨论清代《老子》注家对於「无为」概念的具体分析，他们以「循理而动」、「听其自取」、「各安其分」、「因时制宜」、「因情顺性」等观点，使「无为」的理念得以开展；第三节为「智识与相忘」，论述清代老子注家特别推重「忘」在政治意涵上的发挥，在忘境之中君民各尽其生，熙熙乐乐而浑然不觉。

1 When thickness of the short pitch or long neck flange straight side of Type B doesn't equal to the cylinder thickness connected with it: If cylinder thickness is not larger than 10mm, and thickness difference with short pitch or long neck straight side is larger than 3mm; If cylinder thickness is larger than 10mm, and thickness difference with short pitch or long neck straight side is larger than 30% of the cylinder thickness or 5mm, Type B flange should take the slope value 1: 3, and the long neck flange should be thinned according to Chart 1, or have pile welding on the end of butt welding seam to achieve transition.

Using the distortion-compensated roentgen analysis method, disc height, dorsoventral displacement, and lordosis were measured in 212 unfused segments from 62 patients, on digitized standing radiographs taken before fusion surgery and after a mean follow-up of 7.5 years (range, 4-11 years).

Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated transformation system of Medicago truncatula cotyledonary-node explants Abstract The three-day-old seedlings of Medicago truncatula, which geminated in medium containing up to 5mg/L 6-BA, were used to prepare the cotyledonary-node explants which contained one cotyledon and 1-2mm of split hypocotyl. High-efficiency regeneration system of Medicago truncarula was developed by axillary shoot organogenesis of cotyledonary-node explants.

论文第二部分 Medicago truncatula遗传转化和植株再生体系的研究第一章根癌农杆菌介导的Medicago truncatula子叶节外植体转化系统的研究本文利用在高达5mg／L 6-BA的萌发培养基上生长3天的Medicago truncatula幼苗，制备获得由一片子叶和1-2mm切分的胚轴组成的子叶节外植体。

At last, ILIF in segment L3-4 and L4-5 is feasible. 2. There are enough operation space for ILIF in L3-4 and L4-5 with the root being retracted gently. And it is feasible to insert a couple transpedicle screws homolaterally. The intertransverse area was too narrow to perform ILIF on L5-S1.3. ILIF provide greater biomechanical stability than TLIF. while there was no significantly different stability between ILIF with homolateral or bilateral pedicle screw fixation. Adequate postoperative stability can be achieved by intertransverse lumbar interbody fusion with homolateral pedicle screw fixation.4. ILIF with transpedicle screws fixation homolaterally was a safe, convenient and effective operation, and less intraspinal complications were occurred of ILIF than TLIF.5. The fusion condition was satisfaction in ILIF group, which was better than TLIF group.

横突间入路腰椎椎体间融合术在L3-4、L4-5节段具有可行性。2、在L3-4、L4-5节段可提供足够的空间行ILIF手术，并可通过同一切口附加椎弓根钉固定，操作安全、简便。L5-S1节段横突间区域较小，操作困难，不适合行ILIF手术。3、ILIF手术术后生物力学稳定性有所下降但优于TLIF手术；ILIF附加同侧椎弓根钉固定与附加双侧椎弓根钉固定生物力学稳定性相当，使用ILIF术式附加侧同椎弓根螺钉固定，可提供较好的即刻稳定性。4、ILIF手术及附加同侧椎弓根钉固定是一种安全、简便、有效的手术方式，在减少椎管内并发症方面具有优势。5、ILIF手术可获得较好的融合率，其融合情况从组织学观察稍好于TLIF手术。

Objective: To evaluate the effect of single-stage excision of hemivertebrae via the posterior approach along with short segment internal fixation for adolescent congenital kyphoscoliosis caused by fully segmented hemivertebrae.

目的：探讨一期后路半椎体切除、短节段内固定融合治疗青少年完全分节型半椎体所致先天性脊柱侧后凸畸形的临床疗效。

From March 2002 to December 2005,a consecutive series of 19 adolescent congenital kyphoscoliosis due to fully segmented hemivertebrae were managed by posterior approach along with short segment internal fixation.

2002年3月～2005年12月，对19例完全分节型半椎体所致先天性脊柱侧后凸患者行一期后路半椎体切除、短节段内固定融合术，年龄9岁8个月～19岁4个月，平均13岁9个月，术后随访1年7个月～5年4个月，平均3年2个月。

Well developed shoots were successfully obtained after 45 days of culture of shoot tip explants on MS medium supplemented with 4-8 mg/l Benzylaminopurine and 0.5 mg/l α-Naphthaleneacetic acid. Addition of 0.01-0.5 mg/l Thidiazuron in the medium was found to be beneficial for rapid growth of shoot tip explants.

培植体培养於MS基本盐类并添加4-8mg/l BA和0.5mg/l NAA的培养基45天后，对促进新茎节萌发效果良好；而接种於含0.01-0.5mg/l TDZ固体培养之茎顶培植体，也显示有促进茎节快速生长的作用。
