本文运用文献资料法，问卷调查法，教学实验法对中学体育教学进行剖析，发现的问题有：由于计划生育政策的实施，威县二中学生中独生子女的日益增多，孩子成为家中之宝，长辈宠爱有加，再加上社会生活水平的不断提高，孩子营养过剩的情况显著增加，学生体质较前些年明显下降，因此中学体育课逐渐成为大家关注的焦点，怎样上好体育课，怎么样使学生喜欢上体育课，最后怎样使体育课成为学生生长发育的重要课程，即体育课真正起到在学校教书育人中所应起到的育人、育身的重要作用。
