美国春田学院是一所在中国体育教育界较为著名的综合性学院，培养了中国近代体育及体育教育几位著名的人才，也是一所在世界体育史上较为著名的学院，因此其体育教学特点值得我们关注。

By the practices himself in the 2006 winter semester of Springfield physical education,the author concluded the first characteristics of physical education, and simply analysed the difference of both country in the physica education is due to the guidance of teaching, the Springfield college aemphasizes the course of studing, and as well as its evaluated,and the study more depend on students themselves, the author thinks it is more power for the study of students, so we should take some advantage of Springfield college in case of improving our PE teaching.

本文通过作者亲身参加其2006年冬季一学期的体育教学的实践，认为春田教学指导思想是对教学过程的出色控制，对学生学习过程的关注，教学评价也贯穿于整个教学过程，因而归纳出这是其主要的教学特点，并对比简要分析中美两国体育教学存在的差异，结合我国现阶段体育教学发展的实情，提出体育教学应注重学生的主动性，注重学习过程的建议。
