In this paper,a combined study was curried out for interpreting structure,distribution and tension of fault, wave field effect, heat state and nonelastic medium by explosion seismic Sounding, ZD and 3D long period surface waves of earthquake,magnetotelluric deep sounding,heat flow survey,the mechanism of tectonic movement and deep internal processes in Qinghai-Xizang Plateau.

地壳到地幔速度结构的纵向结构变化，横向分区和走时残差随深度的显著变化，板块边界的地球物理异常场效应，垂直向差异显著的地壳结构与深大断裂体系，低速层的变异、分布、尖灭与缺失，以及近代火山活动地区典型的地热活动特征等，不仅说明构造异常，而且也说明了青藏高原地壳与上地幔在纵向与横向上都不均匀。

To resolve the design difficulties caused by small cross-section, low height of the bridge structure, the key technique problem to the bridge structure should be carried on research and analysis, such as whole calculation model, considering foundation combined action , the reasonable rigidity match to the joint of the girder and pier ,inner force redistribution caused by the system conversion ,the forecast to long-term deformation after building , stress analysis and tectonic steel bar of the anchored serration block , the influence of foundation settlement and anti- earthquake measures . To acquire feasible and reasonable technique parameters and provide the full design basis, according to analytical results adjust and optimize the bridge structure design.

为解决桥梁结构要求截面小，高度低等带来的设计困难，需对该结构的关键技术问题如考虑基础共同作用的整体计算模型、梁墩间的合理刚度匹配、体系转换产生的内力重分布、成桥后的长期变形预测、锚下锯齿块应力分析及配筋构造、基础沉降影响及抗震措施等进行研究分析，以获得技术可行、经济合理的技术参数，为设计提供充分的依据，根据分析结果调整优化桥梁结构设计。

According to the peculiarity and deformation of the systems, the main frame is of bending deformation and the subframe is of shear deformation. With concentrated masses model, the dynamic equation of this system is derived.

We have calculated the electronic structure and optical properties of zinc blende structure ZnSe under different high pressure by means of plane wave pseudo-potential methodwith generalized gradient approximationin this paper.The total energy,density of state,energy band structure,and optical absorption and reflection properties under high pressure are calculated.Furthermore,we analyzed the change of electron structure,band structure and optical properties under high pressure using the results of experiment and theory

运用密度泛函理论体系下的平面波赝势和广义梯度近似方法，利用第一性原理计算了不同的压强下ZnSe晶体闪锌矿结构，得到了它的平衡晶格常数、总能量、电子态密度分布、能带结构、光反射与吸收系数等性质，具体讨论了高压下ZnSe的电子结构，并且结合实验结果定性地分析了高压下的光学性质。

The technological process in preparation of the delafossite structure p-TCO thin films by sol-gel method is discussed systematically. The relative advantages and disadvantages of the systems of sol about organic alkoxide and inorganic salt are analyzed, and further development are discussed. It is pointed out that sol-gel method is an effective and feasible means to prepare p-TCO thin films.

本文介绍了铜铁矿结构p-TCO的结构特性以及溶胶凝胶法的基本原理和特点；系统地介绍了溶胶凝胶法制备铜铁矿结构p-TCO薄膜的工艺；分析比较了有机醇盐、无机盐溶胶体系的优缺点；最后讨论了进一步的发展方向，指出溶胶凝胶法是一种高效可行的制备p-TCO薄膜的方法。

If a centrically braced steel frame is used, structure"s stiffness can be met easily. However, when the braces buckle under severe earthquake and are out of function, the frame collapses quickly because it can"t support these loads, thus its energy-dissipation capacity and ductility is poor.

In spite of this, the preparation of thiol-end functionalized PMMA was achieved by introducing a short block of polystyrene after the RAFT polymerization of MMA.Third, RAFT technique was applied to design and synthesize some well-defined poymers. Five monomers, lauryl methacrylate,(N,N-dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate, poly methyl ether methacrylate, 4-(4\'-cyanobiphenyl-4-yloxy) butyl methacrylate and 2-ethyl methacrylate were chosen to RAFT homopolymerization or copolymerizations mediated by cumyl dithiobenzoate.
