In order to understand the seismic performance of the large complex structure with basement, the structure-pile-soil finite element model of two typical cross sections of the Tianjin Transportation Junction were established by using the ANSYS software. The elasto-plastic time history analysis was made, and the seismic responses of the whole system under the horizontal seismic load were got. Comparing the results of the seismic response with the rigid foundation model, some reasonable conclusions are drawn.

为弄清楚带有地下室大型复杂结构的抗震性能，本文针对天津站交通枢纽工程，分别取结构典型的横向及纵向剖面，应用大型通用有限元分析软件ANSYS，建立了结构－桩－土体系相互作用的有限元模型，采用动力时程分析方法，研究体系在水平地震作用下的弹塑性动力反应规律，分析结构在地震动作用下的位移和内力的分布；并与假定刚性基础周边土简化为弹簧的结构模型的计算结果进行比较，通过两种模型的地震反应的对比分析，得到了一些有益的结论。

本文根据A出版社的经营战略，针对A出版社人力资源部门的作用仍然停留在职能、参谋部门；组织结构不能适应组织的总体战略要求；培训体系尚不完善；缺乏一套切实可行的绩效考核体系；薪酬体系的激励作用不明显的实际情况，运用人力资源管理、组织行为学、会计学、战略管理学、调查与数据分析、统计学等其他边沿学科理论和方法，笔者提出了六条人力资源战略：建立战略导向型人力资源管理；直线职能制组织结构向矩阵式组织结构的转变；建立学习型组织；建立科学的绩效考核体系；建立全方位的激励机制；建立人力资源预警系统。

以下时由双节线、旋节线之间构成的亚稳互溶分相区很窄，使得该体系在快速分相后其组成变化进入旋节线内不稳分相区的可能性极高，从而易导致CA膜形成双连续结构；温度升高或压力减小均可导致ScCO_2/甲苯/PSt与ScCO_2/溶剂/PVB两种铸膜体系的双节线向聚合物/溶剂轴一侧靠近，均相区减小；ScCO_2/溶剂/PVB体系的膜表面结构形成主要受平衡热力学过程的控制，而膜的截面结构是其平衡热力学与扩散动力学共同作用的结果。

首先，本文在对传统资本结构与公司治理的相关理论进行综述的基础上，打破传统资本结构体系，引入管理要素资本的概念，并将其纳入资本结构理论体系中，提出了资本结构不仅包括股权资本、债务资本等财务资本，而且包括管理要素资本，完善了资本结构理论体系。

The deformation compatible equation based on the catenary cable element is derived in chapter 2, and corresponding program is made to solve the accurate distribution of the prestress for cable dome. During the solving, two-nodes bar elements and catenary elements are adopted for the struts and cables of structure respectively. As the cable dome is a kinematically indeterminate system, its solving process is also derived in detail and the equations, which are based on large distortion, are adopted to solve the problem.

第二章推导了基于悬链线解析解的索单元变形协调方程式，并编制了相应计算程序对索穹顶结构精确的预应力分布进行求解，结构分析时压杆采用两节点直线杆单元，索采用悬链线索单元；考虑到索穹顶结构属于动不定结构体系，文中还对动不定体系的求解过程进行了详细的推导，同时采用建立在大变形基础上的变形协调方程来求解结构体系的有限机构位移。

On the biodiversity enhancement, the relationship between forest structural complexity and forest biodiversity are discussed, the significance of old growth structure are highlighted, and measures of changing forest structure to promote forest biodiversity are put forward. On the landscape planning in forest management, some patterns, theoretical foundations and models are introduced, especially three conceptual models, i.e., key habitat\|corridors model, nature landscape model, and supportive features model. On the alternative silvicultural systems, reasons for developing alternative silvicultural system by mimic of nature disturbance are discussed, and some advanced techniques and their ecological basis are noted. Finally, on the ecosystem service, its contents and importance of assessment are illustrated.
