本文对目前工程质量评价体系和规范对工程质量评价方法进行了系统的研究和比较，运用层次分析方法构建了市政桥梁工程的质量评价体系，主要包括对评价体系的选择、评价方法、评价指标及指标权重的确定，判断矩阵的一致性分析，指标权重的修正。
