The protonation constants of formylformic acid thiosemicarbazone (A, H2FFTSC) and glycylglycine and stability constants of binary complexes formed they with Mn, Co, Ni, Cu and Zn and trinary complexes of M-FFTSC-GG at 25±0.1℃ and in the presence of 0.1 mol.L-1 KNO3 were determined. The relation between the stability of binary complexes of M-FFTSC and their disinfectivity and disinfection mechanism were discussed.

在25±0.1℃，I=0.1 mol.L-1 KNO3条件下，应用pH法测定了甲酰基甲酸缩氨基硫脲(A配体，缩写H2FFTSC)，甘氨酰甘氨酸的质子化常数，它们与锰、钴、镍、铜和锌的二元配合物以及过渡金属-甲酰基甲酸缩氨基硫脲-甘氨酰甘氨酸三元配合物稳定常数，讨论了过渡金属席夫碱配合物的杀菌活性与其稳定性之间的关系，对杀菌机理提出了一些看法。

Their 95% effective concentration (EC95) value was 0.4735 μg/mL. Flumorph at the concentration of 0.5 μg/mL, can lead the inhibit rate of growth of mycelium, formulation of sporangium and germination of zoospore of Phytophthora sojae to 100%, the concentration was lower than Apron XL, Metalaxy which lead to the same inhibition rate. It indicated that Flumorph can obviously inhibit the growth of P.sojae in vitro, and effect is better than that of Apron XL and Metalaxy.

结果表明：氟吗啉对所测定的菌株4个发育阶段均有显著的抑制作用，氟吗啉对大豆疫霉菌菌丝生长EC50 值为0.1906μg/mL，EC95 值为0.4735 μg/mL；在0.5 μg/mL 浓度下对大豆疫霉菌孢子囊形成和孢子萌发抑制率达100%，低于达到相同抑制效果的金阿普隆和甲霜灵；说明该药剂在离体条件下能够有效抑制大豆疫霉菌的生长，效果好于金阿普隆和甲霜灵。

In the three beetles, 5-HT immunoreactivity was present in all neuropils of the brain and the suboesophageal ganglion. The pattern of 5-HT immunoreactivity and the localization of immunoreactive somata which often clustered into groups were similar among these beetles, while the immunoreactivity intensity was distinct, especially in the lamina.

结果显示，分类地位相近的三种甲虫脑结构大小相差悬殊：小青花金龟脑结构相对发达，蕈形体结构显著，具有发达的冠和叶，嗅叶发达；马铃薯瓢虫和榆紫叶甲的冠极度退化，嗅叶相对不发达；但榆紫叶甲具有十分发达的网膜后纤维和围咽神经。5-HT阳性纤维在三种甲虫的所有神经纤维网中几乎都有分布，且反应模式相似，但各神经纤维网特别是神经节层染色强度差异显著。5-HT阳性胞体有成群分布现象，且在三种甲虫脑中的空间分布位置基本一致。

There were six themes in this study. First of all, the geometry of in-vivo human pinna and ear canal was measured non-invasively. The 3D model of pinna and ear canal was reconstructed and then measured based on the image processed by HRCT. Second, the 2D curvature of in-vivo human ear canal was measured non-invasively. The angles and curvatures of superior and inferior walls of first and second bends were measured. The 2D curvature of ear canal was computed by sine and cosine laws. Third, the in-vivo human ear canal was reconstructed by RE. The distribution of sound field was analyzed by FEM. The data obtained in this study can be the reference for clinicians and audiologists. Fourth, the 3D model of earmold of hearing aids, including the ear shell and the housing, was reconstructed by RE based on the image of in-vivo human ear canal obtained by CT.

本研究主题其四，对於听力受损之患者往往皆须选配助听器帮助其放大声音，其中耳模是助听器的外壳，也是接触到耳朵的仪器，而耳道型助听器系位於耳甲艇及耳甲腔延伸至耳道第一弯道处，在制作耳模必须利用灌模方式来取得紧配之耳模，其中耳模在助听器的使用过程中，常因耳模松脱，无法与人耳道紧密配合而造成漏音，因此，利用活体人外耳道电脑断层影像，重建耳道型助听器耳模之三维立体模型影像，其中耳模包括了耳壳及耳模内部空间，并进行几何外型量测，探讨耳道型助听器之体容积大小，也提供了制作耳模时快速、精确度高、减少翻模及修模次数，可减少误差率之方法。
