The plasmid of pEGFP-N1 was preserved in our laboratory.②The rat vibrissa follicles were dissected under a stereomicroscope. The dermal sheath was moved by incubated in dispase. The bulge regions of the hair follicles in anagen phase were carefully cut between the arrector pili muscle and the sebaceous gland, and then incubated with a mixture of trypsin and EDTA. The cell suspension was selected, and cultured in 10% fetal bovine serum DMEM/F12 FAD medium. After 7 days culture, HFSC was obtained by rapid adhering on collagen Ⅳ.

实验方法：大鼠在体视显微镜下分离出含真皮鞘的完整毛囊，dispase消化，将毛囊从真皮鞘中挤出，收集形态完好且处于生长期的毛囊，分别在毛球部上端、皮脂腺下端横切毛囊，取中间部分置于胰酶和EDTA中联合消化，向所得细胞悬液中添加含10%胎牛血清DMEM/F12完全FAD培养基，常规培养7 d后，采用IV型胶原快速贴壁法两次筛选以分离纯化大鼠毛囊干细胞。

In hypothalamic median eminance of kidney Yang deficiency group, the bounds of ependymocytes were dim, distribution of their microvillus changed, the top of microvillus enlarged and became spherical, and holes occurred on the surface of the cells. In that of control group, the cell arranged in order and the cell bouns were clear, the microvillus were equal in thickness and in long, thin acerose thread wool shape. The surface ultrastructure of ependymocytes on hypothalamic median eminance in herb group was similar to that of control group.

objective to evaluate the role of mr perfusion weighted imaging in preoperation diagnosis of meningiomas.methods mr perfusion weighted images was performed in 47 patients with meningiomas followed by conventional imaging.results the mean rcbv values of angioblastic was the highest in the parenchyma of tumor.the mean rcbv values of malignant group was the lowest.the biggest mean rcbv values among different type meningiomas was statistically significant.the biggest mean rcbv values between benign and malignant group meningiomas was statistically significant,but not in the peri-tumor edema.conclusion the rcbv values were useful in the preoperative differentiation diagnosis of different types of meningiomas.those in the peri-tumor edema were useless in the preoperative differentiation diagnosis of different types of meningiomas.

目的 探讨磁共振灌注成像技术对脑膜瘤术前分型及良恶性鉴别的临床应用价值。方法对47例脑膜瘤病人行mr灌注成像检查，对5种亚型的良性脑膜瘤的mr灌注成像进行分析，并与非典型性及恶性脑膜瘤进行比较。结果血管瘤型脑膜瘤实质部分的rcbv值均数最高，恶性组脑膜瘤的rcbv值均数最低。各亚型间瘤体实质最大rcbv值均数间差异有统计学意义(p＜0.05)，良恶性脑膜瘤实质部分最大rcbv值均数间差异有统计学意义(p＜0.05)。瘤周水肿区的rcbv值均数间差异无统计学意义(p＞0.05)。结论 rcbv值对脑膜瘤术前分型及良恶性鉴别有所帮助，而瘤周水肿区的rcbv值对脑膜瘤分型及良恶性鉴别未显示临床实用价值。

Methods The constriction induced by norepinephine (NE, 10-8-10-4 mol/ L) and diastole induced by acetylcholine (Ach, 10-8 -10-4 mol/ L) in thoracic aortic ring with angiosteosis induced by vitamin D3 plus nicotine in rats were recorded by BL-Newcentrary multichannel physiologic recorder.

On strength computation,the finite element models of rotating mirror were established according to the real structure of the mirror,and the rotating three-faced beryllium mirror were analysed.Results display that the surface deformation magnitude of the mirror is approximately 0.334 6 μm,and the maximum stress is 0.204 GPa at 600 m/s of edge linear speeed.The regions of maximum stress are on the axial hole and symmetric to symmetrical planes of mirror body,and keep beelines to surfaces.On the modal analysis,the results show that the first and second modals of bending vibration exist around 3.4×105 r/min and 6.6×105 r/min,which appear binate and orthogonal respectively,and another modal belongs to the first torsional vibration that occurs by 5.13×105 r/min.
