Our calculated results show that the surface face-centered cubic sites are the most favorable sites at 0.25 monolayer, however, the system with a half of the oxygen adatoms taking the fcc sites and the other half taking the octahedral sites between the second and third layer Octa(2,3) is the most stable configuration at 0.50 ML. When the oxygen coverage is larger than 1.0 ML, each of the oxygen atoms prefer separately taking the fcc and octahedral sites such as Octa(2,3), Octa(4,5) and etc. in the alternate layers.

我们的计算结果表明，在覆盖度为0.25单层时，氧原子占据表面面心立方位置最稳定；在覆盖度为0.50ML时，氧原子同时占据表面fcc位置及第二层和第三层之间的八面体Octa(2，3)位置最稳定；在覆盖度大于等于1.00ML时，氧原子喜欢同时占据间隔一个间隙层的表面和八面体间隙位置，如表面fcc位置、第二和第三层之间的八面体Octa(2，3)位置、第四和第五层之间的八面体Octa(4，5)位置等。

In order to increase the peak depth of nitrogen atoms during the nitrogen plasma ion implantation of Ti-6Al-4V alloy, the rare earth metal yttrium was used to increase the implantation and diffusion depth of nitrogen atoms. In the experiment, the yttrium ions were implanted under the voltage of 20 kV firstly, and then the nitrogen ions were implanted under 30 kV.

为了提高氮离子体浸没离子注入Ti-6Al-4V合金时氮原子的峰值深度，利用钇来增加氮在基体中的注入深度和扩散深度，先用20 kV的电压进行钇离子体浸没离子注入处理，然后用30 kV的电压进行氮离子体浸没离子注入处理。

摘要 本研究旨在探讨谈判决策类型与过程之研究，交易双方在谈判时不只会考虑交易事物「事」，也会考虑交易对象「人」，本研究以社会交易潜在价值和经济交易潜在价值所表现出的交易权衡模式，把个人区分为准经济人与准社会人两种不同类型的人，本研究旨在分析谈判双方如何讨价还价达成交易的过程，特别重视二位体的观念，根据准经济人决策权衡模式与准社会人决策权衡模式的组合区分出准经济人与准经济人的二位体谈判决策类型（A-1类型）；准社会人与准社会人的二位体谈判决策类型（A-2类型）；准经济人与准社会人二位体谈判决策类型等三种不同的类型。

It is determined that age of the representative rock bodies of volcanic-intrusive complex by dating of 〓Ar/〓Ar isotope, Confirmed that island-arc magmatic activity in this area starting from Early Triassic and ending to Later Triassic, forming three magmatic rock belts arranging from west to east, namely, the three magmatic rock belts corresponding to Xuejiping cycle in Early-Middle Triassic, Wangluo cycle and Disuga cycle in Later Triassic respectively.
