In order to get the information of interaction between metal complex and DNA and select metal complexes which can cleave DNA effectively, twenty seven transition metal complexes containing O/N coordinate atoms have been synthesized in this thesis. We report the synthesis, crystal structure and properties of the complexes. One of the complexes is the first μ〓-oxalato tetranuclear Cu complex, in which there is ferromagnetic interaction between the copper atoms bridged by oxalate ions. Two trinuclear copper complexes containing partial cubane Cu〓O〓 cores have been synthesized and discussed the magnetic properties.

为了解金属配合物与DNA的相互作用及筛选能有效切割DNA的金属配合物，为无机药物合成及应用提供基础信息，本文利用十个含N、O原子的多齿配体设计合成了二十七个未见文献报道的过渡金属配合物，并解析了它们的晶体结构：其中包括首例μ〓-草酸根的四核铜配合物；合成了两个具有μ〓-OH〓三核缺角立方烷结构的Cu配合物；以HCBP衍生物为配体合成了七个过渡金属配合物；以SCN〓、N〓，C〓O〓等为桥联配体，以dmpyen为端基配体合成了十一个配合物。

The results show that: 1 trashracks do not interfere with one another when the trashrack spacing-to-width ratio is not small than 4, 2 turbulent intensity of the wake flow for the trashrack with streamlined profiles is much small.

用该算法对大长宽比的钝体尾流三维超声波流速仪测量数据的分析表明：1钝体间距与宽度之比大於4时，钝体间的相互影响可以忽略不计；2流线型的钝体尾流紊动强度较小。

The improved L.D.Cua method was used to induce tetraploid of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim. The suitable treating time of 0.2% colchicine, the morphology characters and cytology identification between plants of diploid and obtained tetraploid were studied.

采用改良L.D.Cua法诱导短把栝楼获得四倍体，研究了0.2%浓度的秋水仙碱诱导短把栝楼染色体倍性变异的最佳处理时间、四倍体栝楼与原栝楼的形态特征及其四倍体与二倍体的细胞学鉴定。

In order to investigate the relationship between the open-chain ligands and metal ions, and the possibility of the metal complexes used as electroluminescent materials, a new naphthol schiff base ligand which is a open-chain crown and its four transition metal complexes, a new amide type tripodal ligand containing heterocyclic ring, two tripodal ligands (H〓L〓 and H〓L〓) containing phenol schiff bases and their rare earth complexes were synthesized and characterized.
