第三部分以西元1994-1999年间，曾於台大医院影像医学部接受电视萤光录影吞咽检查的181位需使用管灌饮食之脑中风住院患者为研究对象，利用罗吉斯回归预测模式探讨患者出院管灌饮食依赖性之相关因子。

目的：探讨腔外单滑结技术在无钛夹二孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的效果。方法：应用腔外单滑结技术行二孔法lc 62例。结果：患者均行lc，无中转开腹，手术平均时间55min，平均住院4d。结论：无钛夹腔外单滑结法lc具有结扎可靠，手术费用低，并可消除因钛夹留置体内或夹闭不全造成脱落、胆漏等其他并发症。

Background— The INTRINSIC R (Inhibition of Unnecessary R Pacing with ASH in ICDs) study tested the hypothesis that dual-chamber rate-responsie with atrioentricular search hysteresis 60-130 programming is not inferior to single-chamber–40 programming in an implantable cardioerter defibrillator with respect to all-cause mortality and heart failure hospitalizations using an equialence margin of 5%.

背景： INTRINSIC R（ICD非必要右室起搏及房室搜索延迟）研究证实用5%的等效界值计算，就全因死亡率和心衰恶化住院而言，ICD双腔起搏频率应答模式加上房室搜索延迟模式，频率60~130 bpm，不劣于单独心室节律支持模式，频率40 bpm。

Methods: 3 cases of patients in our hospital were selected and routinely tested the ABO blood group, RhD blood type and irregular antibody screening of blood after the cross with the short term, and found the blood of donor with the same type for blood by the identification of irregular antibodies and Rh blood type.
