Objective To understand the distribution rule of malnutrition inpatients.

目的 了解营养不良在我院住院病人疾病中的分布规律。

Objective: This research aims at adopting and studying to the retrospect of gastric carcinoma impatient"s case history of the past five years of department of general surgery of institute of traditional Chinese medicine of Guangdong Province, counting analytical method in pluralism to adopt, clustering quantitative analysis, summarizing the syndrome or symptom complex and the distributive and evolutive law of the patients after the operation. It can be expected better instructing clinical application to treat, thus reduce by various kinds of complications after the skill further, improve survival rate , skill of future trouble person and survive quality , can offer for the fact that this clinical diagnosis and treatment on the basis of an overall analysis of the illness and the patient" s condition is cured certain typing diagnose basis.

研究目的：本研究旨在通过对广东省中医院普外科近五年来胃癌住院病人病历的回颐性研究，采用多元化统计分析方法，聚类量化分析，总结胃癌根治术后的证候分布及其演变规律，以期更好的指导临床用药治疗，从而进一步减少术后的各种并发症，提高术后患者的生存率和生存质量，并可为本病临床辨证论治提供一定的分型诊断依据。

Methodssixty four patients were randomly divided into two groups, a and b, with 32 patients in each group. dobell solution was given to those in group a for gargle, six times a day; for those in group b, 50 g/l sodium bicarbonate and dobell were applied for gargle alternatively, six times a day. the infection was observed one and two weeks later.

随机抽取大剂量化疗后成年白血病住院病人64例，随机分成a、b两组，各32例。a组给予多贝尔液漱口，b组给予多贝尔液及50 g/l碳酸氢钠液交替漱口，每天6次。1、2周后观察两组口腔真菌感染发生情况。

The results of this study have identified the most common causes of SSTIs in hospitalized patients in North America, and can be used to make informed decisions concerning standards of empiric treatment for SSTIs in this region.

目的：探讨青光眼住院病人内部构成的变化，为青光眼的防治研究提供新的流行病学资料。

Methods The thriiodothyronine（T 3 ）,thyroxine（T 4 ）,thyroid stimulating horˉmonein102elderly patients with chronic heart failure and30normal people were determined by particle glimˉmer.The classes of heart function were assessed and the left ventricular ejection fractionwas observed by eˉchocardiography among the62low thiiodothyronine state cases in elderly patients with chronicheart failure and the40normal level thiiodothyronine state cases in elderly patients with chronic heart failure.

应用微粒子发光法检测102例老年慢性充血性心力衰竭住院病人及30例健康对照者的血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸（T3 ）、四碘甲状腺原氨酸（T 4 ）、促甲状腺素；检测62例低T 3 综合征老年慢性充血性心力衰竭患者和40例非低T 3 综合征老年充血性心力衰竭患者的左室射血分数，比较两组间心衰的程度。

Materials and Methods : Serum samples were collected from out-patients and in-patients with confirmed hysteromyoma in our hospital and stored at freezing temperature (- 20℃) to be tested; the change of SOD activity was detected with hydroxylamine method and the serum MDA level was measured with TBA method; in the meantime, 20 health women were taken as the control group.

材料与方法：收集本院门诊和住院病人经病理确诊为子宫肌瘤患者的血清，-20℃冰冻保存待测，分别采用羟胺法测定血清超氧化物歧化酶活性的变化，采用TBA法测定血清丙二醛的水平，同时以23例健康人作为对照。
