Methods:Will be in January 2009 and December 2009 at the undergraduate room 200 hospitalized patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group of 100 cases in the control group of conventional care in advance of oral account of the management method of the experimental group on this basis, according to the disease need to be given a warm prompt card management, investigation and assessment of patient satisfaction.

将2009年1月及2009年12月在本科室住院的200例病人，随机分为对照组和实验组各100例，对照组将常规护理工作提前采用口头交代的管理方法，实验组在此基础上根据病情需要给予温馨提示卡管理，对病人进行满意度调查评价。

Objective To study the diagnostic value of adenosine deaminasein all kinds of the pa-tients with liver disease.Methods 212patients of hepatitis in our hospital were selected,135cases were male,and75were female,the average age was（39.6±5.2）years old,in other hand,100blood donors were selected as con-trol group,the value of ADA and the conventional item such as GGT,ALT were determining and a contradistinctive analysis were conducted.Results The item of ADA and the conventional item such as GGT,ALTwere not different in the patients of different kind of liver disease,especially in the patients of chronic persistent hepatitis and chronic active hepatitis,the value of positive rate were92.0%and28.9%,respectively.

目的 测定各类型肝脏疾病病人血清腺苷脱氨酶（adenosine deaminase，ADA）活性值，分析ADA测定结果在各种肝脏疾病中的不同变化，评价ADA测定在肝脏疾病诊断中的应用价值；方法以在我院感染科住院肝炎病人共212例为检测对象，其中男性135例，女性75例，平均年龄（39.6±5.2）岁，以献血员100例为正常对照，对其ADA测定结果进行统计分析，并与传统肝功能检测项目做对比研究；结果 ADA和传统肝功能检测指标在不同类型肝脏疾病中测定值和阳性率各有所不同，特别在慢性活动性肝炎、慢性迁延性肝炎中的阳性检出率有显著不同，分别为92.0%和28.9%，有显著差异（P.01）。

Patients undergo major surgery may develop malnutrition because of reduce intake result from hypermetabolism and metabolic dysfunction. Artificial nutritional support is essential for these patients in order to decrease the susceptibility to infection, enhance wound healing and shorten the ventilation days and hospital stay.

Methods the family members of 160 psychotic patients who had finished treatment in hospital were surveyed in demands for education such as health idea,content and way.results although the family members had a little of health information,they were short of health information guidance.some of them were lack of enthusiasm in the recovery of the patients so as to misdoubt that mental disease could be under control for long.but they needed much in the content of health education, and individual conversation was a way they liked to choose.telephone consultation was welcomed,as well.conclusion health education should be stressed in depth and extent,so are the content and the way.more helps need to be given to family members.

采用问卷方式对160例住院治疗结束后的精神病病人家属进行健康获得观念、教育内容、方式需求调查。结果家属有一定的健康信息储量，缺乏较深层次的健康知识指导；部分家属不相信精神病可以得到长期控制，对精神病人的康复训练缺乏热情；对健康教育内容需求较多，教育方式多选用个别交谈，咨询方式以电话咨询最受欢迎。结论家庭健康教育需加强知识的深度和广度，重视教育内容与形式的研究，加强家属的心理支持，需要得到全社会的共同关注。

Rats with CHF were divided randomly into two groups, one group was injected dexamethasone(1mg /kg) intramuscularly at the first and forth day respectively,the other group was injected equi-volume saline likewise, and observing the changes of symptoms of rats with CHF; measuring rats hemodynamics index including blood pressure, heart rate and left ventricular end-diastolic pressure 4 days later.
