低血钙症

objective:To invesetigate the rule ,etiology and treatment of hypocalcemia after thyriod surgery .

目的：探讨甲状腺术后低钙血症的发生规律和相关因素分析及治疗方法。

Dysfunction of hypothalamus-pituitarium-adrenocortex is one of the main factors to cause hypocalcemia in acute stroke patients.

下丘脑－垂体－肾上腺皮质轴功能紊乱是引起急性脑卒中并发低钙血症的主要原因之一。

Treatment of hypocalcemia requires administration of calcium.

低钙血症的治疗需补充钙剂。

急性胰腺炎；低钙血症；肿瘤坏死因子-α；单克隆抗体

Results: these 30 old patients with bedsore got（16.97±3.24） grade averaged. there were 3 patients (10%) got 13 grade, 14 (46.7%) got 14~18 grade, 5 (16.7%) got 19~23 grade. most of them had the innutrition, hypoproteinemia, decrease of serum calcium, change of muscular tension and gatism in different degree. all of them had no self-care ability and had to lie down and take transfusion, 10 of them had to be bound their extremity. there was close correlation between the factors happened to the patients and the incidence of bedsore.

结果：30例老年压疮病人诺顿评分平均（16.97±3.24）分，其中，3人（10%）≤13分，有很高风险，14人(46.7%)14~18分，有较高风险，5人(16.7%)19~23分，有中等风险；30例老年病人不同程度存在中重度营养不良、低蛋白血症、血清钙降低、肌张力改变、大小便失禁等情况；30例病人均长期卧床，丧失生活自理能力，住院后接受输液治疗，其中10例因躁动需要约束四肢等，这些因素均与压疮的发生相关。

Results: There was no death with operation or in hospital. There were 42 cases (47.2%) with shortdated low Ca syndrome, 12 cases (13.5%) with transitory craked and 2 cases (2.2%) with Chylous fistula.

结果：全组患者无手术及住院期间死亡，短期低钙血症42例(47.2%)，暂时性声音嘶哑12例(13.5%)，乳糜漏2例(2.2%)。

Althought there were many kinds of obstetric diseases, only a few are common from statistics analysis, such as: pyometra, dystocia, hypocaicemia after postpartum, and so on.
