Xylanases are a group of enzymes that break down xylans into xylooligosaccharides, xylose and arabinose, and thus are of high potential for use in feed, paper making and food industry.

木聚糖酶以内切方式作用于木聚糖分子中β-1，4-木糖苷键，可将木聚糖水解为木二糖和木二糖以上的低聚木糖，以及少量木糖和阿拉伯糖，在饲料、造纸和食品等行业具有广阔的应用前景。

Adult male SD rats were randomly divided into five groups:control group、hypercholesterolemia control group、dosage group with 72.3%,80.5%,96.1% deacetylated flyblow chitosan.The rats were fed with a high cholesterol diet and were administrated flyblow chitosan continuously for 8 weeks at the same time,then the blood lipid and weight were measured.

取成年雄性SD大鼠随机分为5组，分别为正常对照组、高脂模型组、蝇蛆壳聚糖72.3%，80.5%，96.1%脱乙酰度组，给高脂饲料造模的同时连续给予蝇蛆壳聚糖8周，测定大鼠血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白含量，同时观察对大鼠体重影响。

On the base of those, a series of chitin/chitosan derivatives were synthesized and characterized. Finally,~then they were applied in fruit preservative, flocculation and cosmetics. The main results ~re summerized as follows:(1) Chitosans with low, middle and high viscosity have been prepared from chitin, which was extracted from waste material of crab shells produc ed in Qing HuangDao.

并对针对河北省的资源情况，从秦皇岛蟹壳废料中提取甲壳素，制备壳聚糖，在此基础上制备了一系列甲壳素/壳聚糖的衍生物，对其结构与性能进行深入的研究，并开发其在食品保鲜、污水处理、化妆品等方面的应用，具体分述如下：（1）以所提取的甲壳素为原料，在浓碱溶液中通过正交实验法对壳聚糖的制取条件进行优化，确立制备低、中、高三种粘度壳聚糖的最佳条件。

The hydrolysates from oat xylan using Xyn Ⅰ Xyn Ⅱ and their mixture for hydrolysis were analysed by HPLC. It was showed that Xyn Ⅰ hydrolyzed mainly the unsubstituted regions of oat xylan, and hydrolytes were high xylooligosaccharides; whereas Xyn Ⅱ exhibited greater catalytic versatility than Xyn Ⅰ and were able to attack substituted regions of the polysaccharide and showed greater activity to low xylooligosaccharides than Xyn Ⅰ to give xylobiose as the main hydrolysate. The purified xylanases were acidic enzymes.

以纯化酶组分及其混合物水解燕麦木聚糖，采用高效液相色谱分析相应的水解产物，结果表明，Xyn Ⅰ降解燕麦木聚糖时，主要降解作用发生在底物中没有取代基的区域，水解产物的聚合度较高；Xyn Ⅱ对底物具有更强的适应性，能降解底物中有取代基的区域，相对Xyn Ⅰ酶组分，Xyn Ⅱ酶组分对低聚合度的木聚糖的活性更高，木二糖为主要降解产物。
