Five minutes is the optimal irradiation time for ALA-PDT by Xe lamp under the same irradiation conditions. Irradiation injury caused by the light alone was slight, but the destruction rate of ALA-PDT was very high. Conclusion: Xe lamp's action spectrum is wider and it's power is higher, so it's better than 532 nm laser for ALA-PDT.

结果：532 nm连续激光和脉冲激光对K562细胞的ALA-PDT抑制率均较低，增加光剂量也不能有效提高ALA-PDT的抑制率；氙灯在功率密度为350 mW/平方公分、光照5 min时就能达到最佳的光剂量，此时单纯光照对K562细胞的光损伤作用很小且ALA-PDT效率很高。

RESULTS:① No obvious sight defect was detected with the quantitative detection of automatic sight apparatus.② ECT cerebrospinal fluid imaging thought that proximal frontal sinus of right cerebral frontal lobe was the leakage, and the liquid glucose in nasal cavity was quantitatively confirmed to be cerebrospinal fluid.③ Cranial CT showed that cleft could be observed in bilateral frontal lobe and lateral ventricle, low-density gas shadow could be observed in cisterna ambiens, cortex of frontal bone was discontinuous, and bone matrix was trapped.④ ECG showed that right forehead and temple had irregular slow wave, and attack of θ wave. Brain topographic mapping showed that the δ power value of right forehead was increased.⑤ EPQ: The scores of extraversion-introversion, neuroticism, psychoticism and lie were 55, 55, 80 and 50 respectively;⑥ MMPI: The code showed a mode of 69/96, indicating that the brain organ tended to paranoid schizophrenia.

结果：①自动视野仪定量检测未发现明确视野缺损；②ECT脑脊液显像考虑右侧大脑额叶近额窦部为漏口；鼻腔液体糖定量证实是脑脊液；③头颅CT额叶及侧脑室双侧裂，环池见低密度气体影，额骨骨皮质不连续，骨质下陷；④脑电图右额、颞不规则慢波，有θ波发作；脑电地形图：右额δ功率值增高；⑤艾森克人格问卷：内外向分55、神经质分55，精神质分80，掩饰分50；⑥明尼苏达多相人格调查表：编码显示69/96模式，提示脑器质性偏执型精神分裂症；⑦症状自评量表：总分147、阳性项目分37，躯体化、强迫状态、人际关系敏感、焦虑、敌对和其他6项目平均分超过常模。

Because any reports on the active control of rotating disk haven't be seen in China up to now, and this experiment research is important, so the complete set of active control system of rotating disk are built independently. The push-pull type electromagnet is applied to control the vibration of the circular disk. The power amplifier circuit that can respond to wide scope in frequency from DC to AC is designed by improving the existing circuit. The sensor signal is first low-pass filtered, then the proportional control plus the differential control circuit easy used in practice are applied to finish the more effective control. The electromagnetism shield is used as possible to decrease the signal disturbance from the electromagnet to eddy sensor.

考虑到目前国内尚未见到有关旋转圆盘振动主动控制的相关报导以及实验的重要性，自行设计制作了一整套旋转圆盘振动主动控制系统：提出并采用推拉型电磁作动器来控制圆盘的振动；在改进现有电路的基础上，自行设计了具有较理想特性的驱动电磁作动器的功率放大器；根据实际控制环境的特点，设计了先进行低通滤波，再采用比例和实用的近似微分电路构成的控制器，并采用了电磁屏蔽来减小电磁铁对传感器的干扰，以实现更有效的控制。

Through a great amount of experiments, numerical value calculation and theory analysis, a great deal of experiment data are attained, and the resonance law of carbon-fiber reinforced concrete under various power and ice-layer thickness conditions was found.A low-energy concuming, low cost and high thermal effect CFRC road surface concrete structurel material was developed. The snow-melting and deicing mechanism of CFRC was analyzed in the point of view of energy conservation, and the electric-thermal resonance law of road surface structural materials to CFRC concrete materials was set up.

本项目以新型机场跑道的冬季融雪化冰为研究背景，通过大量实验、数值计算与理论分析，获得了碳纤维增强机敏混凝土在不同功率、不同冰层厚度下的响应规律和大量试验数据，找到了一种能耗低、热效高、成本低的CFRC路面混凝土结构材料，并从能量守恒的角度分析了CFRC混凝土融雪化冰机理，建立了研究路面结构材料的导热性能对CRFC混凝土材料的电热响应规律。
