The results showed that:The reductions in the shoot and root dry weights, leaf area,stern diameter of grafted plants were lower than those of ungrafted plants under the same NaCl stress.Na~+,MDA,H_2O_2 contents,O_2~- producing rate,Na~+/K~+ ratio, Na~+/Ca~(2+) ratio were lower,whereas K~+,solube sugar,shoot water content,SOD,POD, CAT,APX activity,the stability of AsA/DHA,Photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance in the leaf of grafted plants were higher than those of ungrafted plants at the same NaCl stress.Intercellular CO_2 concentration of grafted plants decreased whereas that of ungrafted plants increased significantly under salt stress.

结果表明，盐胁迫下，嫁接苗地上部和根干重、叶面积、茎粗受抑制的程度显著低于自根苗；嫁接苗叶片中Na~+、MDA、H_2O_2含量、超氧阴离子产生速率、Na~+/K~+和Na~+/Ca~(2+)比值显著低于自根苗，而叶片中K~+含量、可溶性糖含量、地上部含水量、SOD、POD、CAT、APX活性、AsA/DHA的稳定性、光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度显著高于自根苗；嫁接苗的胞间CO_2浓度显著下降，自根苗的则显著上升。

In conclusions: 1 The treatment that buffalo occytes are cultured in Ionomycin (5 min)+CDM (3 h)+ 6-DMAP(3 h) after ICSI with sorted sperm can improve their subsequent embryonic development; 2 The dead ultrasoniced sorted sperm can be used for ICSI; 3 The result of ICSI with sorted sperm is similar to that with unsexed sperm, but the result of IVF with sorted sperm is lower than that with unsorted sperm; 4 The treatment of heparin after ICSI with sorted sperm can improve the blastocyst development rate; 5 The development rate of blastocyst with sorted sperm was variable among buffalos indicating that sorting high quality sperm from specific buffalos can increasethe efficiency of ICSI.

结果表明：1水牛分离精子ICSI后用Ionomycin(5min)+CDM(3h)+6-DMAP(3h)方法激活处理能提高其胚胎发育率；2分离后的死精子经超声断尾也能用于水牛卵母细胞的ICSI；3分离精子的ICSI效果不低于未分离精子，但分离精子的IVF效果却低于未分离精子；4肝素能促进分离精子ICSI后的胚胎发育；5分离精子ICSI后的胚胎发育率在不同公牛之间有差异，选择能产生高质量精子的公牛进行精子分离，可以提高ICSI的效率。

The results show that there were no significant differences among the four forage rations in rumen pH, the concentrations of total volatile fatty acids, acetate, propionate, the ratios of acetate to propionate, butyrate, isobutyrate and valerate（P﹥0.05）. Only in 11:30, the concentrations of isovalerate caused by ration A and B were significantly higher than the other two rations(P﹤0.05).The milk yield caused by the ration C was significantly lower than the others (P﹤0.05). However, there were also no significantly differences among these four rations in the DM, fat, sugar, protein and scc of the milk. The milk fat and sugar of ration B and C were higher than ration A and D in number as well.

Result After addition of wood vinegar, the fermentation temperature of sawdust was obviously increased, and the highest temperature reached 67.0℃,being 3.5℃ higher than that of CK, and the days when fermentation temperature was above 55℃ reached 57 d, being 40 d more than that of CK. After addition of wood vinegars, the bulk density, water-holding voidage and total voidage of sawdust before and after maturity were all higher than that of CK, pH value and EC value were all lower than that of CK, and the proportion of sawdust whose particle size was smaller than 0.5 mm was higher than that of CK, and that of sawdust whose particle size was 0.5-1.0 mm and bigger than 1.0 mm were lower than that of CK.

After 10min delay C57BL/6 mouse oocytes have death rate of 56.5%,significantely higher than Kunming mouse (47.6%);Spontaneous activation rates were respectively 13.3% and 46.0%, C57BL/6 were obviously lower than Kunming mouse.4. The oviducts were obtained after being delayed 5min 24h after the mice were injected with hCG. The oocytes were cultured in CZB. About 81.1% occurred spontaneous activation, evidently lower than parthenogenetic rate (96.4%) with SrCl_2. Spontaneous activable oocytes had high cleavage rate(93.2%) and 4-cell rate(87.3%). However, spontaneous activable oocytes had blastula development rate(18.7%) as low as parthenogenetic oocytes by SrCl_2(22.9%).

RESULTS:In the serum,SOD activity of all the nm-haFGF groups and the haFGF group increased significantly while the content of MDA decreased dramatically compared with the model group;The content of BUN and Cr aland haFGF group rose significantly compared with the model group,while MDA decreased dramatically.
