MATERIALS AND METHODS: A retrospectie analysis of a group of 607 titanium plasma-sprayed cylindric implants placed in regenerated bone, the success and failure rates of which were preiously reported at 6 to 51 months in function, were assessed.

材料和方法：对一组607例位于再生骨内的钛等离子喷涂圆柱形种植体进行了回顾性研究，之前已经对其在6到51个月功能期内的成功率进行过报道。

METHODS: Measurement of palatal raphe area first three-dimensional reconstruction of images at up to nasion plane centerline, whichever was determined as a reference surface plane, selection one point on incisor cervix in this line, to measurement of the available palatal bone height; sagittal views were selected at 6 mm dorsally from the incisive canal. The available bone height was defined as the distance from the palatal baseline (lower cortical border of the palate) to the nasal cavity (upper cortical border of the nasal cavity).

先在三维重建图像上以鼻根为准确定面中线平面为参考平面，在此线上选择1个位于中切牙牙颈部的点，在其矢状位图像上，选取位于口腔内侧骨皮质上距切牙孔后缘6 mm处为标测点，通过此点向硬腭做垂线确定腭骨厚度，测量范围自口腔内腭部骨皮质外侧边缘至鼻腔侧骨皮质外侧边缘。

Results: Immunohistochemical staining revealed that expression of RANKL protein was detected in periodontal ligament cells and osteoclasts which mostly located in resorption lacunae.

结果：正畸牙移动压力侧组化结果显示，RANKL阳性表达位于牙周膜细胞和位于骨陷窝内的破骨细胞中，在正畸牙移动第3、5和7天时呈强阳性表达。

Immunohistochemical staining revealed that expression of RANKL and OPG protein was detected in osteoblasts, bone lining cells, fibroblasts and osteoclasts which mostly located in resorption lacunae.

免疫组化结果显示，RANKL和OPG的阳性表达位于牙周成骨细胞、骨衬里细胞、牙周纤维细胞和位于骨陷窝内的破骨细胞中。

Methods 46 clinical cases were the patients in our hospital who had cranial trauma to have operation. The lesions were located on frontal, temporal and junctional areas. The coronal incision, enlarged pterion and standard large cranial flap approach were adopted to decompress by removing cranial flap, hematoma or cerebral tissues. The dura mater was mended by the deep temporal fascia with pedicle and subgaleal tissues.

我院收治的颅脑损伤手术患者46例，病灶主要位于额颞部或交界处，采用冠状切口、扩大翼点入路或标准大骨瓣减压入路，进行去骨瓣减压、血肿清除或内减压手术，硬脑膜用带蒂颞深筋膜与帽状腱膜下组织进行修补。

软组织内难以定性的钙质样高密度影：位于骨外软组织内、软组织肿块内部或边缘，CT上呈斑点状、不规则条块状钙质样高密度影，边界清楚或，不清楚。结果57例骨髓炎病人中，54例行CT检查，14例行MR检查。

Conclusion］Ossifying fibroma have the feature of benign bone tumor especially lesion locating anterior cortex of tibia.

结论］长骨骨化性纤维瘤具有一般良性骨肿瘤的特征，位于胫骨骨干前端骨皮质内病变最具特征性。

The optimal entrance point mostly locate at the root of accessoryprocess which adjacent to the mamillary process from L1 to L4, Theadjustable range of entrance points of the 4 segments almost cover theaccessory process, But at L5, The optimal entrance point is much moreoutside away from the accessory process, just at the middle of thetransverse process and the adjustable range of entrance points islimited.

这与钉尾间距的明显变化相一致，手术时应注意调整螺钉钉尖内偏角度观察椎弓根螺钉进钉点发现内外侧螺钉进钉点与内上、外上螺钉进钉点构成接近矩形的梯形区域，最佳进钉点居于内外进钉点中部。L1到L4最佳进钉点位于副突根部靠近乳突处，随着椎体节段下降，进钉点逐渐移向外侧，L1最佳进钉点基本在副突根部骨嵴内侧缘，L2、L3最佳进钉点基本在副突根部骨嵴上，L4最佳进钉点基本在副突根部骨嵴外侧缘。L1到L4可选进钉点范围几乎均包含副突骨嵴。L5最佳进钉点则明显偏外，多数位于副突根部与横突外端连线的中内1／3。

Some bone trabeculae showed medullary cavity formation. In the control sides, the grafts were fused with tibias at 4 weeks. Some iliac crest bones degraded gradually, but the bone trabeculae of grafts also could be seen in the medullary cavity after 60 weeks.
