The test principle and method of electro-hydraulic servo valve were discussed in this dissertation. The experimental results on a Moog servo valve demonstrate that the design of electronic-hydraulic servo valve test system is valid.

Motion synchronization between tool in X direction and principal axis rotation was controlled by electronic gearbox in cam turning. And profiling mechanism could be superseded by servo tool-holder. Linear motor direct drive servo tool-holder was designed, and host-slave control system with PC and DSP was developed for the require of high-speed and realtime servo. The technical process was analyzed in cam turning. Servo tool holder with tool swinging and principal axis variable rotate speed were presented to keep constant cutting angle and speed.
