The thesis designs that PLC controls four servo electric motors using Aimosheng EC20H , the rocker arm realizing beam drill goes up and down , the rocker arm rotates , the main spindle box slides , the chief axis moves forward to give axial four action , PLCs the motion controlling one frequency conversion electric motor at the same time realizing the machine tool host moving the revolution being a chief axis.

本论文设计使用艾默生EC20H PLC控制四台伺服电机，实现摇臂钻床的摇臂升降、摇臂旋转、主轴箱滑动、主轴进给四个轴向的动作，PLC同时控制一台变频电机实现机床的主运动即主轴的旋转运动。

首先，傳統油門的原理是藉由腳踏板拉動鋼索驅動節氣門，藉以控制引擎動力輸出，目前的高級車種大多已導入電子式節氣門，其原理是以伺服馬達控制節汽門開關角度，但兩者如遭遇油門踏板卡死失效，救命的方法應該是一樣的，除非電子式節氣門有斷電自動復位設計，特殊或改裝車種則另當別論。

At First, the thesis researches the dynamic characteristic of servo valve, model of dynamical outfit about valve control unsymmetrical hydraulic ram, influence of the additional disturbing force and the systematic static error, on the base of analysis of fatigue testing machine system. Then the mathematical models of position control system and force control system are built. According to the principle of load-matching, the hydraulic dynamical outfit and power source system are designed and components are chosen. Then the correlative parameters of system model are calculated and the simulation study is carried out.
