The experimental plot situated at the middle of Sichuan Basin, the peculiar resource of purple soil and subtropic climate make it become the principal part of Sichuan agriculture.This paper,using Soil Conservation Service Curve Number method,calculated the volume of rainfall runoff in 2005, through calibrating the parameter Ia and parameter CN. it can received the suitable range of parameter, and the arverage error are respectively 6.46%,10.22% and 8.40%. It also show the feasibility that the application of SCS model to estimate the volume of rainfall runoff in sloping field of purple soil

此次试验地位于四川盆地中部，独特的紫色土资源与亚热带气候的最佳组合成为四川农业的主体区域，运用SCS模型计算试验小区在2005年的三场降雨产生的径流量，通过校正Ia和CN参数，小区计算值和实测值的误差分别为6.46%，10.22%和8.40%，得到了可信度较高的结果，同时说明了SCS模型在估算紫色土流域径流量的可行性。

It was found that sulfuric acid, 2-naphthalenesulphonic acid and sulfurous acid could be effectively separated by competitive exchange adsorption in views of action force difference of the components with the resin. The exchange adsorption dynamic diffusion parameters were calculated with diffusion equation for solids and liquid films, and the rate-determining step was determined. The model of breakthrough curve for the resin bed was suggested, and applied to simulate the breakthrough process for each component.

通过单组分、双组分和多组分平衡数据的测定，发现对于硫酸-萘磺酸-亚硫酸混合体系，可以利用不同组分与树脂作用能的不同，通过竞争交换吸附实现分离；以固相扩散方程和液膜扩散方程对交换吸附动力学参数进行了估算，确定了交换吸附过程的控制步骤；建立了床层穿透曲线模型，并对各组分穿透过程进行了模拟。

In the part of the vibration experiments and analysis, firstly, used the simple-beam theory to estimate the natural frequency of the beam of the 20-headed computerized embroidery machine.secondly, measured the beam of its low rank natural frequency, the beams horizontal vibrating acceleration amplitude, speed amplitude and the displacement amplitude in different rev and different turn parts. Found that it is sympathetic vibration, which bring on the thread-broken rate rise rapidly. On this base, established the finite element analysis modle of the vibrating beam, and took on hamonic analysis and modal analysis with the mold. The rusult of test and analysis offer the basis for farther improvement of the computerized embroidery machine.

振动分析部分，首先由简单梁理论出发，对横梁的固有频率进行估算；接着通过测振仪器对20头电脑刺绣机横梁进行了试验模态分析和不同工况振动测试；获得了横梁前四阶固有频率和模态振型，以及在不同工作转速、不同回转部件下横梁振动的加速度幅值、速度幅值和位移幅值；找到了横梁振动加剧的原因——共振；在此基础上建立了符合实际情况的横梁有限元模型，对模型进行了模态和谐响应计算，证实了模型的可靠性，为下一步的改进设计提供了依据。
