The three principal theories by which theologians attempt to explain the atonement are the following:(1) the Anselmian or sacrificial, that the atonement consists fundamentally in Christ's sacrifice for the sins of humanity;(2) the remedial, that God, through the incarnation, entered into humanity so as to eliminate sin by the ethical process of Christ's life and death and make the human race at one with himself; and (3) the Socinian or moral influence, that Christ's work consists in influencing people to lead better lives.

意为：犯罪之时，出于精神上的疾病；不了解所做之事的本质是何；不理解所做之事是不正当的。这其中第一条是必要条件，第二与第三条满足之一即可）。庭上要有人指认他的精神病史，并精神病学专家出庭作证。个人认为，这给法律的公正性加了许多水分。能够指认精神病史的，必定是熟识被告的亲朋好友，证据真实性有待查究。其次对于专家证据，一些权威总比另一些权威更具权威性，而法律是基于伦理道德以及常识的决断，不该被引入攀比权威的歧途。此外我个人认为，任何犯罪，小到行窃大到杀人放火，都是人类不正当的心理因素引发的过激的生理行为。我们怎么能为其中的一些人，由于他们的心理太过不正当，而对他们的生理行为从轻处决？物极而反么？即便如此，这条界线又该划在哪里才是合理的呢？

ABSTRACT According to the background of globalization and the resistance to this trend, this paper probes into the question how to grasp the essentials of the architectural regionality by comparing with"vernacularity"and "locality"as well as by criticizing the misunderstanding and misuse of regional architecture. 摘 要 首先从由全球化而来的文化趋同及其抗争这一当代背景出发，在与&乡土性&和&地点性&的正面比较以及在对于&地区性&的误解和误用的反面论述中，探讨在今天的现实环境里如何把握建筑的&地区性&；接着在与当代建筑思潮的对比中，揭示其当代价值，并据此认为在对单一普遍世界模式抵抗的途径上，地区性建筑在&技术伦理&和&存在心理&上有其不可替代的合理性。

On the bases of two parts above, in chapter 3, the ethical issues about the HGP are analyzed:①gene privacy invades human beings' autonomies;② gene discrimination breach human beings' dignity;③gene eugenics will result in human's lose;④"gene determinism" may result in human right's damage;⑤ gene patent can not be defended morally;⑥gene therapy may invade sufferers' autonomies;⑦issues about gene crime and gene weapon.
