In design proposal, in order to guarantee the band width, the broadcast quality as well as the reliability in the IPTV transmission network, I have used CDN technical, the multicast technology, the class media technology, explained the reason ,the principle and the application of using these technical in the network process.

在设计方案中，为了保证IPTV传输网络的带宽、播放质量以及可靠性，采用了CDN技术、组播技术、流媒体技术，说明了在组网过程中采用这些技术的原因、原理和应用。

The modernization is directed at a disparate set of goals including facilitating greater competition between providers, enabling greater use of variable energy sources, establishing the automation and monitoring capabilities needed for bulk transmission at cross continent distances,Churchman University,Yale University,Howard University, and enabling the use of market forces to drive energy conservation.

现代化是能源消费的效率，功率流的实时管理，并提供双向计量需要弥补本地生产所需的电力。虽然传输网络已经在实时控制，许多在美国和欧洲国家以世界标准陈旧，无法应付现代挑战，例如替代发电，或大陆规模批量间歇性能源的传输造成的。

In order to improve the modernization and convenience of communication network,the given design and key applied technologies of management system based on GIS,which is about long-distance communication trunk transfer network,take advantage of vector maps and dynamic data exchange of GIS.

为提高通信网管理的现代化和易用性，利用GIS系统的矢量地图和属性数据动态交互的优势，给出了基于GIS的长途通信干线传输网络管理信息系统的设计方案及其关键的实现技术，从而很好的解决了长途通信干线网络资源的地域性和空间性难以描述的问题，大大增强了系统的操作性和信息表现能力。

The main objective of this project is to research and develop a novel and high efficient video codec framework based on wavelet techniques, especially to address the heterogeneousness of video networks, the fluctuation of transmission bandwidth and the diversity of video-stream receivers. The system will have some basic characteristics of the next video coding standard, such as high compression efficiency, high scalability and high error resiliency. This project will provide a software prototype of wavelet video codec with full scalability, construct a verification platform for wavelet video on demand service, and furthermore, design some VLSI IP cores of the key module in the codec system

本项目研究的主要目的就是着眼于下一代视频编解码标准的基本特征（高效压缩，高可伸缩，高容错），以小波技术为核心构建新型高效的视频编解码系统；特别针对当前视频传输网络的异构性，网络带宽的波动性以及用户视频接收终端的多样性，实现一个码流高度可伸缩同时兼顾压缩效率的小波视频编解码软件原型，并且构建基于异构IP网络的小波视频服务的技术验证平台；进一步还将基于VLSI技术，对小波视频编解码系统的关键模块进行IP核设计

Optical Transport Network based on wavelength division multiplexing and optical switching is playing an important role in modern transporting network. The advantage of capacity and transparency makes it can transport large heteromorphic service demands simultaneously, which will simplify the architecture of transporting network.

基于波分复用传输和光交换的光传送网络在传输网络中的地位和作用变得越来越重要，高容量和透明特征使得它能够同时传输多种异构网络业务，极大地简化了传输网络的体系结构。

As the communication net work of which it is based is changing from circuit switching based ISDN and DDN to packet switching based IP network, the object market will change from large cooperation and government to little work group and personal desktop conference, and finally to family, the function has developed from the simple Video Conference to integrated services such as remote learning system, remote monitoring system and remote medical system etc, video conference will be in a new development generation.

顺应三网合一的发展趋势，由于交互式多媒体通信所依附的传输网络基础，由电路交换式的ISDN和专线网络向分组交换式的IP网络过渡，针对的市场目标将由大型公司、政府机构的会议室向小型化的工作组会议室、个人化的桌面延伸，并最终发展到家庭，功能也已由原先单纯的电视会议功能发展成远程教学系统、远程监控系统、远程医疗系统等多方面的综合业务。

At first,there are three kinds of satellite recon information flow models are built,they are focus,narrow bar scan and wide bar scan.And the examples of them are given according the parameters of "Starlite" recon satellite constellation of USA.Secondly,the information capacity of the recon-sat storage without satellite transmission network is simulated and computed,which illustrates satellite transmission network is necessary.Lastly,the transmission of satellite recon information through a satellite transmission network is simulated and some primary simulation conclusions are given.

首先建立聚束、窄条带扫描、宽条带扫描等三种模式的卫星侦察业务流量模型，并参考美国Starlite侦察卫星星座的指标参数进行了计算举例；其次仿真计算了无卫星传输网络时侦察卫星星载存储器的信息量状况，指出卫星传输网络的必要性；最后仿真卫星侦察信息在卫星传输网络下的传输情况，并给出初步的仿真结论。

Given that the network infrastructure is currently monopolized, cable TV network suppliers should be restricted from channel management and integrated business to prevent vertical monopoly and to protect content providers. 在各地有3个以上网络传输企业（包括卫星传输网络和宽带传输网络）运营以后，才许可纵向开放；应支持具有内容资源和内容生产能力的企业参与频道运营和集成；7、付费电视可以许可更高的节目进口配额和合作数量，保证针对特定受众的节目来源。

Digital simulation for the integrated imformation transmission network of a certain power company is performed, the QoS under three configuration schemes, i.e., without QoS configuraiton, with simple differnece service configuraiton and with MPLS network configuration, are compared. Comparison resutls show that the configuration scheme of MPLS network can implement the load balance among link circuits and possesses fault self-recovery mechanism, so the failure elements can be quickly detected and the switching over of data flow among label switched paths can be realized. The fault recovery time is within miliseconds, therefore the QoS of power system realtime information can be ensured effectively and the QoS of various non-realtime information can be considered as well.

对某电力公司信息综合传输网络进行了数字仿真，比较了无服务质量配置、单纯差分服务配置和MPLS网络配置3种方案下的服务质量，结果表明：MPLS网络配置方案能够实现链路间的负载均衡，具有自愈性故障恢复机制，可以快速检测到失效元件并在多条标签交换路径之间实现数据流量的切换，故障恢复时间在毫秒级，可以有效保证电力系统实时信息的服务质量，并可同时兼顾各种非实时信息的服务质量。

In this thesis,we study the information fusion of intelligent garment oriented body area sensor network,aiming at establishing low-power flexible human life signal perception and transmission network,at exploring for medical,sports and other physical and psychological analysis application-specific information fusion methods,and at providing a powerful theoretical framework and system prototype platform for the key functions of intelligent garment technology.Intelligent garment,as cross-hot of many technology fields,has an important significance of application.The research of body area sensor network provides a viable and flexible information perception sensing tools and platform for information on clothing.

本文研究的面向智能服装的体域传感器网络信息融合课题旨在建立低功耗柔性人体生命信息感知和传输网络，并探索针对医学、运动生理和心理分析等特定应用的信息融合方法，为智能服装的关键技术和功能性研究提供一个有力的理论框架与系统原型平台。
