The system, which includes an industrial computer as the Upper-Computer and twenty PLC as the low-computer to control more then 40 sulphuration machines, can transmit data by RS-485 net work, get the work state of sulphuration machine using on-off card or by communicating with PLC and show the state on the watch screen.

控制系统由一台工控机作为上位机，由20台PLC作为下位机控制工作现场40多台硫化机的工作，采用RS485作为通信网络进行数据传输，通过开关量卡以及与PLC的通信得到硫化机的工作状态并在监视屏幕上显示。
