本文以黑龙江省为例，演示了空间可视化方法在扶贫定性分析中的应用，介绍了传统统计分析方法在扶贫分析中应用的主要方面，并指出了传统统计分析方法明显存在的空间关联性分析不足的问题，同时针对该问题引入了探索性空间数据分析方法。

In this paper, three methods for color image retrieval have been presented: hypercomplex SVD image retrieval, combination of hypercomplex convolution filter and hypercomplex SVD image retrieval and hypercomplex matrix correlation image retrieval. We made comparison among these hypercomplex-methods, and compared them with the traditional image retrieval methods. Experiment results showed that the hypercomplex-methods we presented in this paper could well conquer the problems existed in traditional image retrieval methods, and their retrieval results are much better. Meanwhile, this paper presented a new color image quality assessment based on hypercomplex SVD. It is a novel color image quality assessment that can be used as a graphical or a scalar measure to predict the distortion introduced by a wide range of noise sources. It reliably measures the distortion not only within a distortion type at different distortion levels, but also across different distortion types.

提出了超复数奇异值分解检索法，超复数卷积滤波与超复数奇异值分解相结合的检索法以及超复数矩阵相关检索法等三种超复数彩色图像检索方法，在对提出的三种算法进行比较的同时也将其与传统图像检索方法进行了比较，结果证明，超复数彩色图像检索法能较好地克服传统图像检索方法存在的问题，且检索结果更优；同时，本文提出了基于超复数奇异值分解的彩色图像质量客观评估法，这种全新的图形化与数值化相结合的方法不仅能够准确评估出彩色图像的不同失真等级，还能够区分不同的失真类型，从真正意义上实现了彩色图像的质量评估。

For further study to improve performance, an adaptive control algorithm based on Neural Network is tried in stabilization control. A new method of selecting the initial weights of Neural Network is put forward, which is that the coefficients of discrete equivalent of continuous transfer function in traditional control are used as the initial weights of Neural Network. Adaptive Neural Network control is combined with traditional control by using different method in different segment.

Based on consider hereinbefore, this dissertation discusses several aspects on the problem of the sustainable and optimum exploitation of groundwater resources as follows:①reviewed entirely the origin and evolvement of the concept "sustainable development", stated and commented the study status in queue on"sustainable development"around national and international range, thorough discussed the science connotation about the concept "sustainable development";②looked back and commented across-the aboard some furthest basic concept and proposition related to groundwater resources, put forward self opinions on a few existent mistake points of view and chaos understandings;③expatiated entirely on the content and meaning of the theory of changeable groundwater resources system, contrast with the traditional methods of groundwater resources calculation and evaluation, combined example to show the application of this theory;④thorough analyzed the difficult and complexity to forecast the groundwater resources, fully stated the traditional methods of groundwater resources forecasting, pointed out the characteristic and applying condition of these forecasting method, introduced the main ideas and methods of wavelet analysis developed recently, and the MATLAB software be known as the fifths era computer language, and its accessory wavelet analysis toolbox, applied these methods and tools to analyze the groundwater dynamic curve, adopted the B-J method and Morte-Carlo method, combined with the theory of changeable groundwater resources system, discussed the new view on the forecast of groundwater resources;⑤synthetically analyzed the characteristics and limitations of the present all kind of groundwater manage model, combined mathematical programming, mathematical statistics, random process and the theory of variation system of groundwater resources on the unite optimum attempter of surface water and groundwater, emphasized how to make the model more nicety, more simple, more practicality;⑥analyzed the inside condition and outside condition to assure the sustainable and optimum exploitation of groundwater resources, the inside conditions are the follows: correct resources idea, scientific methods of resources calculation and evaluation, credible forecast methods of resources, exercisable measures of resources management, the outside conditions are the follows: the development idea of high layer, the transform of manage system, the matched policy and rule of law, the adjusted of economy lever, the improve of cultural diathesis, the boosting up of water-saving consciousness and detail measures, the control of population rising, the prevention and cure of water pollute, the renew and rebuild of ecology;⑦scan the sustainable and optimum exploitation of groundwater resources from the high level of metagalaxy, earth system science, and philosophy;⑧point out the more directions on groundwater resources.

它将为制定水资源的可持续发展目标和战略决策提供科学依据，为制定社会、经济可持续发展战略提供理论基础。基于以上考虑，论文主要从以下几方面对地下水资源可持续开发问题进行了比较深入的探讨：①全面回顾了&可持续发展&概念的由来与演变，对国内外&可持续发展&的研究现状进行了述评，并对&可持续发展&概念的科学内涵进行了深入探讨；②对涉及地下水资源的一些最基本的概念和命题进行了全面的回顾和评述，对目前仍然存在的一些错误观点和混乱认识提出了自己的见解；③全面阐述了地下水资源变值系统理论的内容和意义，并与传统的地下水资源计算评价方法进行了对比分析，结合实例具体说明了方法的应用；④深入分析了地下水资源预测预报工作的极端重要性和复杂性，对传统的地下水资源动态预测方法进行了全面的评述，指出了各类预测预报方法的特点及适用条件，对最近二十多年刚发展起来的小波分析技术的主要思想和方法及其应用范围，以及号称第五代计算机语言的MATLAB软件和附带的小波分析工具箱进行了介绍，并应用于地下水动态过程线的分析，采用时间序列中的B-J法，蒙特卡罗方法，与地下水资源变值系统理论相结合，探讨了地下水动态资料分析和地下水资源预测预报的新思路；⑤综合分析了现今各类地下水管理模型的特点及缺陷，将数学规划、数理统计、随机过程等与地下水变值系统理论相结合进行地表水地下水或多水源的联合优化调度，使模型更准确、更实用；⑥对保证地下水资源可持续开发的内部条件和外部条件进行了分析，内部条件主要是正确的资源观，科学的资源计算与评价方法，可靠的资源预测预报技术，可操作的资源管理措施，外部条件主要是高层发展思路、管理体制的变革、配套的政策法规、经济杠杆的调节、人文素质的提高、节水意识的增强及具体节水措施、人口增长的控制、水体污染的防治、生态的恢复和重建等；⑦从宇宙科学、地球系统科学及哲学的高度审视地下水资源的可持续开发；⑧指出了地下水资源可持续开发的进一步研究方向。

On one side, it criticizes the traditional way of value view education in our country including the critique to dualistic-opposition method, the rejection to formalism method and the sublating to indoctrination method. On the other side, it argues the application of value view education including both drawing lessons from traditional persuading methods, model demonstration method, edification method, self-cultivation method and applying to the dilemmatic story method, character-acting method, value-clarifying method.

On the basis of previous approaches to query expansion, this paper proposes a new approach to query expansion based on set theory,which combines three traditional methods—thesauri,automatic relevance feedback and the related words of the question type.

This paper mainly includes two parts The first part falls into three main sections. First, it analyses the formative causes of the Chinese traditional house interior display art through five aspects, including the structure and forms of Chinese traditional architecture, the productive mode of Chinese traditional society, Chinese traditional philosophy, the idea of ethics and grading and custom of Chinese traditional society. Second, it briefly introduces the history of Chinese traditional house interior display art's development. Finally, it focuses on the analysis of Chinese traditional house interior display art's design ideas and concludes that its design ideas embodies the five sides as follows: respect for nature and imitate artfully nature, practical-oriented and function incorporated into form, images of space of what the theory and practice forms, balanced natural pattern of the display, artifacts with the thoughts and respect for poetic imagery. Another part of the article further researches on the application of Chinese traditional house interior display ideas to the contemporary home display, and leads to the author's view, that is that each era should has its own character when it inherits the traditional culture. What's more, the contemporary Chinese-style home display design not only have to take over the spirit of the tradition but also have to give full consideration of the contemporary aesthetic concepts, principles and methods. In the 21st century, humanistic care is greatly proponed in the interior design. The interior display art should develop towards the ecological, personalized and comfortable direction and the cultural dimensions. It should absorb the traditional cultural elements to decorate contemporary living space. In order to upgrade the simple and primary "appearance likeness" to a higher level of "spirit likeness", it must effectively grasp the poetic imagery of space, which can reach the artistic effect of "both appearance and spirits".

本文的重点内容有两部分：一部分是从中国传统建筑的结构形式、中国传统社会的生产方式、中国传统的哲学观念、中国传统的伦理等级观念、中国传统社会的风俗习惯等五个方面简单分析了中国传统民居室内陈设艺术形成的原因；简要介绍了中国传统民居室内陈设艺术的发展过程；着重对中国传统民居室内陈设艺术设计理念的具体内涵进行了深入的分析，总结出其设计理念集中体现在五个方面，即崇尚自然与巧法造化、实用为本与文质彬彬、虚实相生的空间意象、均衡自然的陈设格局、器以载道与以境为尚；另一部分是对中国传统民居室内陈设设计理念在当代居室陈设设计中的应用作了较深层次的探讨，并提出了自己的见解，即每个时代对传统文化的继承都应该呈现出自己的特色，当代中式风格的居室陈设设计既要秉承传统民居室内陈设艺术的设计精髓，又要充分考虑当代审美观念、原则和方法的融入。21世纪，室内设计大力提倡人文关怀，具体到室内陈设艺术设计上，应该向生态化、个性化、舒适化和文化层面发展；吸收传统文化元素装饰当代居室空间，要有效地把握空间意境，使当代中式风格的居室陈设设计从简单、初级的&形似&上升到较高层次的&神似&，进而追求&形神兼备&的艺术效果。

Recently, as preservation of cultural property is gaining more and more public attention, the important role of conservation treatment on Paintings of Traditional Buildings is accepted. But researches and studies on the related techniques and methods of conservation for Paintings on Traditional Buildings remain deficient in Taiwan. In addition, records and descriptions in projects adapting conservation treatment are poorly listed. Lacking both academic and empirical references, it often misleads staff in the projects to underestimate importance of conscientious and careful training to do conservation. One problem is the belief to easily replace conservators with painting craftsmen to work on conservation treatments.

然而，在文化资产保存观念渐为大众所关心与接受下，彩画修护逐渐为传统建筑修护工程所重视，但国内关於彩画修护技术、方法的论述几乎没有，尤其是近年来在少数采行修复方法的彩画修护案例中，对修复部分的相关纪录与描述更是寥落晨星，以致许多参与修护工程的相关人员对彩画修护方法有极大的误解，误以为不需经过特殊、严谨的「修复」训练，即能以一般传统建筑彩画的施作工法来从事「修复」工作，又或误以为修复师可以替代彩画匠师来进行传统建筑彩画的施作……。
