Diplopia and disturbance of ocular movement are related to the incarceration of the extraocular muscles and the displacement of orbital wall, and the management is simple relatively. However, the treatment of enophthalmos is difficult because the orbital reconstruction is made to be complicated by the complex morphous of orbital wall and the limited operative area. This study introduced the use of CAD/CAM technique in orbital reconstruction, and the result is more satisfactory than traditional methods.

眶壁重建是其矫治的首要条件，然而，眶壁形态复杂，并有视神经由眶尖通过，加之术野受限，使精确的解剖复位很难完成，本文应用CAD/CAM技术，术前成型钛网并行眶壁重建，通过CT分析和眼科检查，证实该技术在眶壁重建的精确性上均较传统方法有明显提高，其中，眶内壁的修复程度和眶底修复形态的对称性，以及眶容积缩小程度反映了其形态修复的精确性，而置入深度则体现了在缺损修复范围设计中的优越性。

However, the therapeutic efficacy is not ideal yet. There were 5 cases remained at least 3 mm enophthalmos postoperatively. The analysis of the CT data indicated that the insufficient compensation of orbital volume should contribute to the remained enophthalmos. The titanium mesh prebent with the aid of CAD/CAM technique can provide precise orbital reconstruction but can not increase the orbital volume sufficiently because of its limited thickness.

Results Free vascularized bone flap was successfully transferred to repair the bone defects in 30 cases. Epineurial neurorrhaphy and interfascicular nerve grafting were used to repair the forearm wounds of peripheral nerve in 150 cases and the good-excellent rate is better than that of tranditional methods. The forearm wounds of peripheral blood vessels were repaired by anastomosis and grafting in early stage in 500 cases , and the patency rate was 91％. The defects of skin , muscle of limbs in forearm wounds were repaired in a one-stage procedure in 120 cases , the problem of muscle force was solved simultaneously.

结果对30例战伤性骨缺损，采用吻合血管的骨移植，全部获得成功；对150例周围神经火器伤，采用神经束间缝合及束间移植术，其总优良率较传统方法为优；对500例周围血管火器伤，早期进行血管吻合和血管移植术，血管通畅率为91％；对120例四肢战伤性皮肤、肌肉等软组织缺损进行一次性修复，并同时解决肌肉的动力。

Methods Marshland areas near high endemic villages of schistosomiasis in the Poyang Lake region were selected. Corresponding map was digitized and (Landsat 5 TM) the image was corrected according to the digital map. The image where water and land shifted during floody and dry seasons was extracted and classified by unsupervised method. The image in dry seasons was calculated by both Normalized Difference Vegetation Index and Tasseled Cap model. Traditional snail survey was done at the same areas and recorded the geographic position by Geographic Position System.

选择鄱阳湖区内 3个洲岛型血吸病重度流行村周围的洲滩地图进行数字化，在数字化地图的基础上分别对两张 L andsat5 TM卫星遥感片进行校正，并提取出冬陆夏水洲滩部分，运用 ERDAS IMAGINE软件对此洲滩进行计算机非监督分类(U nsu-pervised Classification)、校正植被指数(Normalized Difference Vegetation Index，NDVI)和穗帽湿度变换指数(Tasseled Cap，TC)模型计算；用传统方法进行螺情调查，卫星定位仪记录有钉螺点的经纬度，同时选择部分堤内的农田和水溏作为对照点。
