With the advancement of science and technology, some new theories and new ways emerged gradually, some of them merged with specific theoretical tools, this specific theoretical tools include mathematical morphology, fuzzy techniques, neural networks, wavelet and so on. Secondly, in this paper, it described and analyzed the segmentation method based on the edge in the domain of image segmentation in detail. It did experiments on several edge detection operators using MATLAB, it summarized the advantage and the shortcoming of traditional edge detection operators, and the operating environment. On the basis of the experimental analysis, it implemented an edge location more precise, more efficient operating speed edge extraction method——Template Vector. In this method, it optimized differential approximate calculation of first differential operators the paper mentioned. After experimented on this edge extraction method, contracted with the traditional methods, the edge outline is extracted more accurately and more exquisitely, furthermore, it retained the object outline furthest, and achieved more satisfied edge extraction result.

According to the structure of soybean protein, this paper studied the separation methods of 7S and 11S globulin, and a new separating method was put forward: with low-temperature defatted soybean draff as raw material, a technique of alkaline extraction, acidic precipitation and membrane filtering was used.
为了进一步探讨7S和11S两种功能性不同的大豆球蛋白的分离新工艺和方法,以及更好的解决大豆蛋白难酶解的问题,本文从大豆蛋白质原料的结构入手,选择低温脱脂大豆粕为原料,首先研究了7S和11S大豆球蛋白的分离方法,通过几种传统分离方法的比较实验,提出了一种碱提酸沉结合膜分离技术的分离新工艺,SDS—PAGE电泳分析表明碱提酸沉膜分离技术得到的7S和11S大豆球蛋白的相对纯度分别达到75.5%和84.7%,结果均优于传统方法。

It's pointed out that soft sensor will play more important role in field bus network control system. According to this, a crude solution was addressed. At last, we point out that soft sensor technology must used to build an information warehouse for the whole enterprise, combined with data fusion, data warehouse, data rectification and other related technologies. The main contributions of this dissertation are as follows: The background, requirement, and application situation of soft sensors are expounded, the theories, methods and skills of soft sensing technology are analyzed, and the fruits and problems in current soft sensor technologies are summarized. Some new methods of soft sensor is proposed: A principal component analysis-based secondary variable selection method are proposed; A new conception which modeling data should have gross error detection is addressed, and then a cluster analysis-based modeling data gross error detection method is given.
本文的主要贡献有:对软测量技术根据实践的要求进行了一定的理论研究,针对具体问题提出了新的方法:讨论了辅助变量选择问题,研究了基于主元分析的辅助变量选择方法,该方法克服了传统方法只能利用数学模型产生的仿真数据进行最优辅助变量选择的缺点,可以根据历史数据进行辅助变量选择;提出了建模数据显著误差侦破的概念,指出传统的显著误差侦破研究的是已知过程数学模型的情况,而建模时数学模型是未知的,但是直接来自现场的数据并不能保证不含显著误差,并用基于聚类分析的方法解决了该问题,该方法利用聚类分析原理,直接面对过程数据,不需以过程模型为基础,在此基础上给出了软测量建模过程中样本数据的处理方法。

For the first time we synthesized nanoscale metal hydrides of lanthanum, neodymium, samarium, dysprosium, and ytterbium with high efficiency under mild condition by complexometric catalysis instead of traditional preparation at high temperature and high pressure. It is for the first time that we synthesized lanthanide organic compounds with catalysts or initiating agents at atmosphere and ambient temperature,and some of them are new compounds. Nanometric lanthanide metal powders are prepared by thermal decomposition of the compounds in vacuum. Differently from the traditional method, size of the products prepared by our method is less than 40nm, and the activity of the reaction is very high. They are pyrophoric at atmosphere. They can make some reactions without activity or low activity show extremely high activity .We investigated influent regulations of methods, conditions to scale and special surface.

Most conventional methods for the extraction of substrate network were based on the use of frequency behavior of Y22 + Y21. However, we found that the feedback signal through the internal circuit elements makes the conductance of the substrate network underestimated while makes the susceptance of the substrate network overestimated. If conventional methods are directly performed on large area SiGe HBTs, a negative effective substrate resistance will be extracted. In the first part of the thesis, a new extraction method for the substrate network parameters of SiGe HBTs is proposed. When extracting the substrate network parameters, the feedback signal through internal circuit elements is considered. All the circuit elements of substrate network are extracted from Ysub instead of Y22 + Y21. The extracted substrate network parameters show a different bias dependence as compared to the conventional methods. By using a simple n+-p junction, we successfully explained the extracted bias dependent substrate network parameters. We developed a series linear regression equation to extracted the intrinsic circuit elements from the ABCD parameters. Compared with the conventional methods which extracted the circuit elements from Y-parameters or Z-parameters, the proposed method is much simple and easy to implement in the computer programs.
传统方法在萃取基板网路参数时,常常由所量得的Y22 + Y21来著手,但我们的研究发现,利用Y22 + Y21的频率关系来萃取基板参数时,基板网路的电导会被低估而基板网路的电纳则会被高估,另外传统基板网路参数萃取方法在萃取大尺寸元件基板网路参数时会得到负值基板等效电阻,以上的非理想效应皆因忽略部份信号会经由本质参数对基板网路做回授的影响,因此本论文中提出一个新的基板网路参数萃取方法,在萃取基板网路参数时考虑了由本质参数所回授的信号,并且由Ysub而非Y22 + Y21萃取基板等效电阻、基板等效电容及基板与集极空乏电容,成功的解决上述的一些非理想效应,所得到的基板网路参数与集极偏压的关系与传统方法所得的趋势相异,经由一个简单的模型成功的解释了所萃取得到的基板网路参数与偏压的关系,在萃取本质参数时,我们舍弃传统萃取方法中常用的Y参数或Z参数萃取方程式,而改用ABCD参数,并提出一系列的线性回归方程式,萃取所有的本质参数,与传统方法比较起来,比较简单而且容易建立在使用者的参数萃取软体中。

In this paper, test research have been performed on the two important mechanical properties indicator compressive modulus of elasticity and shear modulus. Numerical simulation has been performed on the base of results of test under the situation uniform and uneven thickness of elastomer layer, which analyze internal stress distribution of the elastomeric bearing, as follows:(1) The traditional test methods of compressive modulus of elasticity test are rather cumbersome and take up experimentalists lots of time. This paper has improved the traditional test methods of compressive modulus of elasticity test, which has collected the holding-load time together to concentrate on holding load. The tests have been performed on different types of bearings, which results show that the results of the improved test method conform to the error range regulated by the standard and can effectively save time for the experimentalists, also eliminate the accumulative error.
本文主要对板式橡胶支座的抗压弹性模量、抗剪弹性模量两个重要力学性能指标进行试验研究,并在试验结果的基础上对均匀胶层厚度和不均匀胶层厚度两种情况进行数值模拟,分析橡胶支座内部应力分布规律,具体内容如下:(1)传统抗压弹性模量试验方法比较繁琐,占用试验人员大量时间,本文对传统抗压弹性模量试验方法进行了改进,将持荷时间集中起来进行集中持荷,通过对不同类型支座进行试验,试验结果表明该改进试验方法所得结果符合标准规定误差范围,为试验人员节省了大量时间,并且还消除了传统方法中的累计误差。
