Westerner emphasize ethics value with ontology, epistemology relative meaning, it's the congenital defect of" value question" when western traditional philosophy thinking; Though among China traditional philosophies, originated places to embody, but, going with enervation trend of traditional culture and the impacts of western culture, especially, affected by Russian textbook of Marxism, we do not only realize the value natural instinct of China"s traditional philosophy as consciously, and philosophy is studied and comes from the west to think" value question" instead, even in order to coming and study people"s" value problem" western traditional the thinking frames. This is what cause contemporary people and historical origin of the double predicament of philosophy, also is the realism meaning of the animadvert on the present philosophy view.

西方人在与本体论、认识论相对的意义上强调伦理价值，这是西方传统哲学思考"价值问题"的先天性缺陷；虽然在中国传统哲学中，起始处就是体现为以"内求诸己"的方式把握人"生命之道"的价值性的思想，但由于近代以来伴随传统文化的衰弱趋势和西方文化的冲击，使我们一味效仿西方哲学的范式去研究哲学，尤其是受前苏联马克思主义教科书体系的影响，我们非但没有自觉意识到中国传统哲学的"价值问题"指向，反而认为对"价值问题"的哲学研究源于西方，甚至在被马克思终结了的西方传统形而上学的思维框架中来研究人的"价值问题"，这是造成当代人与哲学双重生存困境的历史根源，亦是当代哲学观批判的现实意义。

The second part makes an innovative study of the soul of traditional Chinese graphics in the respect of "shape","essence", and "implication". The first element to be emphasized is "shape", which is mainly concerned with lineal designs and convolute designs in traditional graphics, the main two ethical factors employed in traditional Chinese design. The "shape" is a relatively complete and minute system. What is included in "essence" is to convey the effect of lucency and artistic conception in traditional plastic art, which embodies traditional Chinese philosophy and its aesthetic taste. The "implication" part makes a detailed analysis of the informative function of the particular ethical graphics from the perspective of disseminative theory. The third part is my application of the three elements in designing.

第二部分是本文的创新之处，分别从&形&、&神&、&意&三方面对传统图形的精髓进行探讨，&形&主要提取了传统造型元素中的线和具有中国民族风格的构成形式——回旋形进行着重分析，有较为详细而完整的结构体系；&神&主要结合中国的传统哲学和审美思想对中国传统造型所追求的空灵、意境进行论述，&意&主要从传播学的角度对传统图形所特有的民族信息传达功能进行分析研究。

In order to gain a better mastery of the actual situation of traditional Chinese culture among English majors, and obtain the understanding of their attitudes toward our traditional culture, the author conducts an investigation and empirical study to the particular group in the form of questionnaires, based on the present situation of traditional Chinese culture and the adoption of Geert Hofstede"s theory of cultural variations as well as Conrad William Watson"s theory of multiculturalism. Resultantly, the author verifies the loss of traditional Chinese culture among English majors and points out the degree of the loss.

为了更好地掌握中国传统文化在英语专业学生中的真实情况，以及了解英语专业学生对我们传统文化的实际态度，本文作者在结合中国传统文化的发展现状，并采用Geert Hofstede的文化差异理论和Conrad William Watson的多元文化主义理论的基础之上，通过问卷形式对这一特殊群组进行了抽样调查和实证研究，结果验证了中国传统文化在英语专业大学生中的丢失，并指出了传统文化的丢失程度。

Most conventional methods for the extraction of substrate network were based on the use of frequency behavior of Y22 + Y21. However, we found that the feedback signal through the internal circuit elements makes the conductance of the substrate network underestimated while makes the susceptance of the substrate network overestimated. If conventional methods are directly performed on large area SiGe HBTs, a negative effective substrate resistance will be extracted. In the first part of the thesis, a new extraction method for the substrate network parameters of SiGe HBTs is proposed. When extracting the substrate network parameters, the feedback signal through internal circuit elements is considered. All the circuit elements of substrate network are extracted from Ysub instead of Y22 + Y21. The extracted substrate network parameters show a different bias dependence as compared to the conventional methods. By using a simple n+-p junction, we successfully explained the extracted bias dependent substrate network parameters. We developed a series linear regression equation to extracted the intrinsic circuit elements from the ABCD parameters. Compared with the conventional methods which extracted the circuit elements from Y-parameters or Z-parameters, the proposed method is much simple and easy to implement in the computer programs.

传统方法在萃取基板网路参数时，常常由所量得的Y22 + Y21来著手，但我们的研究发现，利用Y22 + Y21的频率关系来萃取基板参数时，基板网路的电导会被低估而基板网路的电纳则会被高估，另外传统基板网路参数萃取方法在萃取大尺寸元件基板网路参数时会得到负值基板等效电阻，以上的非理想效应皆因忽略部份信号会经由本质参数对基板网路做回授的影响，因此本论文中提出一个新的基板网路参数萃取方法，在萃取基板网路参数时考虑了由本质参数所回授的信号，并且由Ysub而非Y22 + Y21萃取基板等效电阻、基板等效电容及基板与集极空乏电容，成功的解决上述的一些非理想效应，所得到的基板网路参数与集极偏压的关系与传统方法所得的趋势相异，经由一个简单的模型成功的解释了所萃取得到的基板网路参数与偏压的关系，在萃取本质参数时，我们舍弃传统萃取方法中常用的Y参数或Z参数萃取方程式，而改用ABCD参数，并提出一系列的线性回归方程式，萃取所有的本质参数，与传统方法比较起来，比较简单而且容易建立在使用者的参数萃取软体中。

This article from the Chinese point of view of traditional cultural resources on the Chinese traditional culture in modern management and reflect the application of analysis and study traditional culture and modern management of organic fit, that should be ferreted out the management of China's modernization of Chinese traditional culture treasure-house resources to absorb China's traditional culture "reasonable core" to promote the management of the development of our country.

本文从中国传统文化资源的角度论述了中国传统文化在现代管理中的体现和运用，分析和探讨传统文化与现代管理有机契合的问题，认为我国现代化管理应该深挖中国传统文化的资源宝库，吸收中国传统文化的&合理内核&，促进我国管理的发展。
