On the ground of controlling paroxysmal public sanitation, according to the investigation of fever clinic in Changsha lazaretto , we build model of the sick diagnosis process by EPC methodology. Based on simulation experiment in Extend simulation environment, we give the research for the process reengineering from several aspects such as personnel efficiency improvement, process paralleling and reasonable resource arrangement, which establishes the foundation for further research.

该文在突发公共卫生事件控制的背景下，针对长沙市传染病医院发热门诊的实际情况，采取事件驱动的过程链模型化方法，建立了发热门诊的诊断过程模型，在Extend仿真环境中对其进行了仿真分析，从提高人员工作效率、使过程并行化以及合理调配资源等几方面对其进行了过程重组研究，为下一步研究工作奠定了基础
