The research aimed to observe the histopathology of chickens infected with infectious laryngotracheitis virus, providing references for the way to make chicken model on infectious laryngotracheity.

［目的］观察鸡人工感染传染性喉气管炎病毒后气管病理组织学变化，为人工制造鸡传染性喉气管炎病例模型方法研究提供参考。

Since respiratory tract infections, including IB, are critical in the poultry industry, a multiplex reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction assay that detects avian viral respiratory pathogens in the same reaction was developed for the economic and clinical needs. Four sets of specific oligonucleotide primers for infectious laryngotracheitis virus, IBV, Newcastle disease virus, and avian influenza virus were used in this study.

由於呼吸道疾病对於家禽产业有很大的影响，因此基於经济与应用在临床上区别诊断的考量，本实验室发展多引子反转录聚合酶链锁反应，一共使用四组针对传染性喉头气管炎病毒、传染性支气管炎病毒、新城病病毒、以及家禽流行性感冒病毒的特异性引子来进行测试。

With the increasing of stress and incensitive rearing, change of rearing method and high rearing density, Mycoplasma Gallisepticum infection have already been a major problem that affects the poultry industry through its increased morbidity. MG infection can be easily triggered under such environment as poor ventilation , a sudden air temperature change and excessive ammonia and dusts ,even after vaccinating the live vaccine such as Newcastle disease, Infectious bronchitis and Infectious Laryngotracheitis can also triggered this disease.

随着养鸡集约化程度的提高，饲养方式的改变以及饲养密度的提高，在通风不良、空气中氨和灰尘增加或气温骤变等环境中极易诱发本病；甚至接种鸡新城疫、传染性支气管炎和传染性喉气管炎等活疫苗后也都可能诱发本病。

Ten strains of adult specific pathogen free chickens are inoculated with Laryngotracheitis virulent virus,to in vestigate the clinical signs and the pathological changes by autopsy.Inoculate SPF embryonated eggs of the ten strains with virulent infections bronchitis virus and vaccine ND virus respectively.

用传染性喉气管炎强毒株感染10个家系150日龄BWELSPF鸡，观察比较临床症状和剖检所见病变；用传染性支气管炎强毒株和新城疫疫苗株分别接种这10个家系的鸡胚，收获胚液并测定其毒价。

In the past three months, the horse has not been to any establishments where epizootic lymphangitis, equine infectious anaemia, equine influenza,equine rhinopneumonitis, equine viral arteritis, equine piroplasmosis, Borna disease, Surra, Japanese encephalitis, West Nile fever, contagious equine metritis, rabies, horse pox, anthrax or any other notifiable disease of horses has been reported.

From January 21306 to December 2077,1 169 pigs were investigated from those taken to Zhengzhou College of Animal Husbandry Engineering Animal Hospital for diagnose to judge the immune state of porcine contagious pleuropneumonia, and to detect the infection of hog cholera virus, porcine circovirus, porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus, pseudorabies virus and toxoplasm.
