In the field of spaceborne remote sensing, a geometric collinearity equation of pushbroom sensor with the Kepler parameters of the satellite orbit and the attitudes of sensor has been developed. Testing the sensor model on a SPOT-5 imagery, the planimetric accuracy of object positioning is 83.392m on the ground. According to the orbital dynamical model and the kinematics model of satellite attitude, an algorithm of extrapolative location is developed. Testing the algorithm on CBERS-2 high resolution satellite imageries of central China, when the depth of extrapolation is 300km, the planimetric precision is 53.555m including the measurement errors as well as the modeling error over than the 568m which is the planimetric precision of systematic rectification.

航天遥感方面，利用6个卫星轨道开普勒参数和3个传感器姿态建立了推扫式卫星遥感影像的严格构像方程，经对一景SPOT-5影像实施无地面控制对地目标定位获得了83.392m的平面精度；根据遥感卫星的运动规律，提出了卫星轨道参数、传感器姿态和扫描侧视角的外推算法，用于资源二号卫星影像的外推对地目标定位，当外推深度达300km时，目标定位精度不低于50m。

The application of CMOS image sensors ADCS-2121 is used in full automatic portable sun photometer to introduce the application of CMOS image sensors in pointing of optical system, and compared with traditional method that choosing quarter sensor as facular detector.

For determination of pyruvic acid, we used the ferrocene as an electron transfer mediator and pyruvate oxidase as a catalyzer, and had a systemic research for the immobilization of ferrocene and enzyme on the gold electrode. At last, a pyruvic acid biosensor with good stability and activity of electrochemistry and biocatalysis was constructed. There are two aspects of contents in the paper. The first step, we had an in-depth research for the immobilization of ferrocene on the gold electrode, and fabricated a modified gold electrode by glutaric dialdehyde cross-linked egg white as the matrix of ferrocene immobilization.

For the problem of data inconsistence in transmission of Wireless sensor networks,we propose a mechanism of Inconsistent Failures Detection Mechanism which is based on wireless sensor networks.

The results showed that sensitivity of the irradiated SnO2 sensors to hydrogen and ethanol were greatly improved.
