该系列矫平机的特色之处在于：采用分组驱动板材矫正机(ZL200420001176.0)和一种轴装式减速电机矫平机(ZL200520007514.6)两种国家专利技术，每根上辊由一套减速电机驱动，每两根下辊由一套动力系统驱动，从而使各辊的线速度与所接触部位的板料速度相一致，消除了传统传动系统存在的板料与辊面之间的摩擦和传动系统内部的机械干涉问题，同时由于工作辊的轴承均采用轧机用调心辊子轴承，摩擦阻力小，因此，该系列矫平机与传统矫平机相比，矫平质量高、噪音小、能耗低、节能环保。
