Methods Healthy female Wistar rats were divided into three groups at random:(1) fimbria/fornix transection group,(2) estrogen treatment group, and (3) control group.

健康雌性Wistar大鼠，随机分为3组：（1）穹隆海马伞切断组；（2）雌激素治疗组；（3）假手术对照组；每组大鼠5只。

Methods: 36 sd rats were randomly divided into 6 groups, 6 rats in each group. group one was the control group, and the others were 3rd, 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th day group after fimbria fornix transected.
