In this dissertation, firstly, the theories and methods about chaos control and chaotic optimization are studied. Based above, some new approaches for chaos control and chaotic optimization are proposed. Furthermore, the application of chaotic optimization for test generation of combinational logic circuits is investigated in detail, and new methods for test generation are proposed based on chaotic optimization.

本论文在对混沌控制与混沌优化的相关理论和方法进行较为全面、系统的研究基础上，提出了一些新的混沌控制与混沌优化方法，并针对混沌优化与混沌神经网络在组合电路测试生成问题中的应用展开了详细研究，提出了基于混沌优化的组合电路测试生成方法，得到了有价值的成果。

The metal structure of crane telescopic boom is analyzed and optimized by structure analysis and the combinatorial optimization based on topology and size optimization methods, and structure integrated design of telescopic boom is achieved by the development of visual software system in this paper.

本文应用结构初级分析和基于拓扑优化、尺寸优化的组合优化分析方法对起重机的伸缩臂金属结构进行优化设计，同时开发可视化软件系统实现伸缩臂结构的集成设计。

The relationship between the topology and convegence of networks is approached and the reason causing overtraining and overfitting is analysed. Then the redundant weights and nodes in the network are defined by using improved activity function and a new algorithm called the BPNSO for determining the network structure for any application is proposed, which use dual optimization objective function combining the mean squre error of the network output with network complexity penalty function.

文章对网络拓扑结构与网络收敛性和稳定性的关系进行了探讨，分析了网络出现Overtraining或Overfitting的原因和解决的目标，提出了神经网络结构优化的策略，改进了活化函数，定义了冗余权值和冗余节点的概念，为辨识和删除冗余权值和冗余节点，提出采用优化目标函数中增加网络复杂度罚函数的双重优化目标函数，并对罚因子提出了基于学习误差和权值的自适应动态调整公式，论文定义了这种BP网络结构优化方法为BPNSO，并给出了完整的计算流程。

As a result, it shows thatthe static or dynamic subsystem optimum alone is not equal to the system optimum. Three initial value problems met in the optimal design of flying vehicle are studied andconclusions are derived that: orthogonal test method can be adopted to decide the initial valueof static optimization problem, some mathematical techniques can be used to deal with thecostate variables of Maximum Principle and decide the initial value of the costate variable,the indirect method can be used to get the analytical solution under ideal case to guide thechoice of the initial control curve in the direct method. With some numerical examples oftrajectory optimization, it shows that all these methods are useful not only in accelerating theconvergence but also in converging to the global optimum.

针对飞行器优化设计中的三种初始值问题进行了研究，以远程弹道导弹弹道的工程优化为例说明，对于静态优化问题，采用正交试验法选取初始值，不仅可以大大加快收敛的速度，而且更有可能收敛到全局最优解；以气动力辅助变轨问题为例说明，用共态变量的一阶泰勒级数展开可以解决极大值原理中共态变量初值难于确定的问题；以二级弹道导弹的主动段弹道优化为例说明，利用间接法在理想情况下得到的解析解来指导直接法初始控制曲线的选择，将大大有利于提高直接法的收敛速度。

The model is set up in view of the optimum design of midship section of container ships with crankle strength and frequency constraints according to CCS rules and thin-walled beam theory .

The concept of topology optimization of truss structures with discrete variables including two kinds of variables and the relative difference quotient algorithm for discrete optimization are extended to the topology optimization of plate and shell structures composed by plate and shell elements.

In this paper, a Robust Discrete Optimization model of elevator group control system is presented for dealing with the uncertainty in elevator traffic flow and computational complexity in scheduling. Based on RDO theory, we propose a new elevator group scheduling Algorithm. Comparison is carried between the RDO algorithm and other scheduling algorithms under the virtual simulation platform of elevator group scheduling.

针对电梯群控调度过程中交通流的不确定性和优化求解复杂性问题，本文通过建立电梯群控调度系统的鲁棒离散优化模型，实现了一种基于鲁棒离散优化理论的新的电梯群控优化调度算法。

Based on the ICMmethod,the discrete topological optimization problem about spot-weld's existence or not is transformed into the continuous optimization problem on[0,1].The optimization model is founded with maximizing the structural stiffness as objective and structural strength as constraints.The problem of multi-objectives and multi-constraints is transformed into the problem of single-objective and single-constraint with the K-S function.The displacement and stress are transformed into the explicit function of design variables with the Response Surface Methodology.The optimization model is solved with Sequential Quadratic Program.
