The sum of BCOD of BODst test and XH measured through batch respirometer is consistent with the BCOD of BODlt test and the ratio between them was in the range of 0.88-1.02 with average 0.94. The BODlt test is time-consuming and the microorganisms'population and their metabolic characteristic are different from that of the actual activated sludge process. So the respirometry has the advantage of time-validity and representation for the actual activated sludge system.

6呼吸测量法测得的BCOD明显小于长期BOD测试方法的结果，这是由于后者得到的BCOD包括所有的活性微生物COD组分；短期BOD测试得到的BCOD与异养菌COD之和与长期BOD测试得到的BCOD比较接近，两者之比在0.88-1.02之间，平均值为0.94；长期BOD测试耗时长，测试用的微生物种群及其代谢类型都与实际活性污泥过程明显不同，因此，从测试结果的时效性和代表性方法考虑，短期BOD测试更具优势。

Results showed that optimal selection achieved greater selection response than either standard QTL or regular BLUP selections. The influence of economic weight to optimal selection was significant, and the optimization was better as the economic weight of D100 increased.

The achievement of this project can be briefly summed up as following:(1)the carbon contributing to karst processes mainly comes from ecological system itself under the condition of existence of vegetation and soil covers;(2)results indicates that the depositing processes of rainfall to CO2 is an important "sink" to global carbon cycle;(3)owing to the differences of vegetation and surface covering, the adjusting effect of ecosystem to environmental humidity, temperature and CO2 concentration near surface air which indicates different benefit of preventing water and soil from lose is marked;(4)the preponderant species of vegetation in the karst ecosystems which have different kinds of carbonate rocks are obviously variant, and this situation results to the clearly differences of the micro － habitat , structure of surface cover and water holding capacity;(5) the relevant study showed that the carpophagous animals and birds make a important role in the spreading of vegetation seeds. The designed experience for the study of seed reservoir was not able to obtain a satisfactory result.

主要研究成果包括：通过对表层系统碳库的研究，认为在有土壤和植被覆盖时，岩溶作用过程中的碳主要来自生态系统本身而不是母岩；降雨对大气碳具有重要&沉淀&作用，是碳的一个重要汇；不同植被类型表层岩溶系统对系统水份、空气湿度、气温、土温和近地表 CO2浓度等具有明显调节作用，具有不同的水土保持效益；不同母岩的岩溶生态系统的植被优势种、属差异明显，由此形成的小生境、地被物及其持水性差异巨大；对典型岩溶表层系统种子库的试验研究没有取得满意结果，但食果动物、鸟类对种子传播起到一定作用。

In view of solving the pollution problem of waste alkali liquor in oil refineries, 5 optimized strains were screened and domesticated from refinery sludge for the degradation of alkaline wastewater. It can be seen that the degradation performance of these 5 strains was significant by comparing the chemical oxygen demand value.

针对炼油厂高浓度废碱液污染大、难处理的问题，从污泥中经过驯化分离，筛选出5株用于废碱液降解的优势菌，经过对5株菌降解化学耗氧量的比较，优势菌对废碱液的降解效果明显。

Methods:The MSCT datas of 65 mechanical intestinal obstructions confirmed by operation and pathology were collected and reconstructed with multiplanar reconstruction technique,including 43 cases underwent plain scan;the remaining 22 cases underwent plain and contrast-enhanced scan.Results: Contrast to operation and pathology,there were 25 adhesions,24 neoplasms,5 bowel torsions,5 bezoarhs,4 intussusceptions,2 Crohn's diseases in 65 mechanical intestinal obstructions,the diagnostic accuracy of MPR in mechanical intestinal obstruction was 100%,and the accuracy of the pathogeny was 84.6%.

以往在肠梗阻的诊断中应用最多的为腹部X线平片，但因其信息量不足，对大部分病人不能提出肯定诊断，且对梗阻的病因及病变肠管的血供都无法判断。16层螺旋CT在肠梗阻的诊断中具有明显优势，快速、薄层扫描可得到高质量的各向同性后处理重建图像，在显示肠壁、肠腔和周围结构等方面具有较大优势，有利于肠梗阻的梗阻部位及病因、并发症的诊断。

Analysis indicates that there is little difference in the displacement of tunnel and well control of stratum displacement by both methods. Plastic zone develops more obviously above the tunnel side by CRD method and is larger by CRD method than by dual sidewall guide pit method. It is comparatively obvious that the plasticity district develops in the side direction of the tunnel by dual sidewall guide pit method and the leading influence distance is also longer than that by CRD method. The development speed of plasticity district is comparatively fast in the range of the leading 3~6 m in CRD tunnel and 0~3 m in sidewall guide pit tunnel. There are different advantages by both methods for passing through sand layer.

结果表明，采用这2种工法时引起的隧道变形相差不是很大，都能较好地控制地层的变形；采用CRD法时产生的塑性区较双侧壁法大，且向隧道侧上方发展较为明显；采用双侧壁法时产生的塑性区在隧道侧向发展较为明显，超前影响的距离也大于CRD法；采用CRD法时的塑性区在超前3~6m的范围内发展速度较快；采用双侧壁法时的塑性区在超前0~3 m的范围内发展速度较快；对于隧道穿越砂层而言，2种工法各有优势。
