通过改进技术改善肝功能，提高了生存率，尤其在冷保存时经门静脉再灌注，在供肝的质量上明显优于不进行灌注组，并应严格掌握灌注液体量，10 ml灌注量明显优于其他液体量，能有效地驱除供肝内残留的血液和气泡。

Results (1) CCD fluorescent microscope was superior to laser scanning confocal microscope in collecting the fluorescent image of DCF. CCD fluorescent microscope was chosen to be the system applied in this research with the consideration of operation, cost and et al. The mercury-arc lamp of fluorescent microscope was fit for the requirement of our study. The wavelength range of the light output was 460-490 nm and the power density was about 100mW/cm in the condition of our study. Organelle-cell fluorescence intensity ratio analysis was more suitable than other methods.

结果：(1)CCD荧光显微镜采集到的DCF荧光图像的质量优于共聚焦显微镜，同时综合考虑包括采图质量、光照射剂量的可控性、实验成本和操作简便性等诸多因素，最终确定了CCD荧光显微镜作为实验研究的工具；荧光军医进修学院硕士学位论文中文摘要显微镜的汞灯输出功率稳定，光斑均匀，经本实验所选取的光路系统后输出波长范围为460一490nm，功率密度约为1 00 mw/cm；细胞器一细胞荧光强度比值法对于荧光分布位置的确定优于其他方法。

The results show that the organic-inorganic specialty fertilizer 〔16-6-8-20 〕is favorite to the yield increase and nitrate content decrease against tumorous stem mustard, and the inorganic fertilizer type Ⅱ(19-7-9) follows. Single superphosphate is better than monoammonium phosphate in increasing the yield whilst poorer in decreasing its nitrate content,sulfate of potash is better than muriate of potash in increasing the yield while weaker in decreasing its nitrate content,and fused calcium magnesium phosphate shows little desired effects.

结果表明：有机无机型专用肥〔16-6-8-20〕对茎瘤芥增产和降低其硝酸盐含量的作用最佳，其次为无机型专用肥Ⅱ(19-7-9)，过磷酸钙对茎瘤芥增产效果优于磷酸一铵，但降低其硝酸盐含量不及磷酸一铵，硫酸钾的增产作用优于氯化钾，但氯化钾降低硝酸盐含量的效果较好，钙镁磷肥对其增产和降低硝酸盐含量的效果均差。

Two ant colony algorithms are proposed and analyzed for solving the flow shop scheduling problem with the objective of minimizing the flowtime. The Initialization of parameters and updating of trail intensities and probability is described respectively and a newly local search technique is proposed. Last is the experiment and the comparison shows that the PACA performs better than the FACA in the case of relatively large-sized problems than in the case of relatively small-sized problems.

通过对基本蚁群算法的实现过程和流水调度问题进行研究，给出了求解流水调度问题的解构造图，提出了两种蚁群算法来求解以总流程时间最小为目标的流水调度问题-FACA 蚁群算法和PACA 蚁群算法，分别给出了FACA 蚁群算法和PACA 蚁群算法的参数初始化方式、相对应的信息素更新方法和概率分布规则，并提出了局部搜索模式，最后进行模拟试验，对这两种算法进行比较，试验结果表明：对于较大规模的问题，PACA 蚁群算法要优于FACA 蚁群算法，而对于较小规模的问题，FACA 蚁群算法优于PACA蚁群算法。
