The theoretical model of uniform droplet spray process had been established in this thesis. The calculation method for theoretical value of jet velocity and optimal frequency had been developed. Therefore the theoretical value and regularity of jet velocity and optimal frequency under different spray pressure were obtained, so the theoretical prediction for spray result had been realized. This not only offers comparison parameter for simulation results, but also will guide the proper determination of process parameters.

本文建立了均匀液滴喷射过程的理论模型，导出了射流速度和最优频率的理论值计算方法，从而得出了不同喷射压强下的射流速度和最优频率的理论值及所存在的规律，实现了对喷射结果的理论预测，不但为模拟结果提供了对比参数，而且对于合理选取工艺参数具有指导意义。

The robust method, which improves the GVF and optimizes search by PGA, is proposed to extract contour veraciously in this section. Due to the information exchange between adjoining points by chromosome crossover, the points are driven to optimization positions in the fined-grained model.

因此，本文通过改进GVF Snakes梯度矢量流，并引入遗传优化搜索，提出了一种稳健的目标提取与跟踪算法：即对于收敛于局部极值处的轮廓控制点，利用细粒度遗传算法，将相邻的处于全局最优控制点的信息通过染色体遗传操作传递给这些点，并驱使它们向全局最优处运动。

Moreover, the proposed VIGA was applied to optimize two typical testing functions with multimodal and multivariate. From the comparison of different optimized solutions by conventional GA, simulated annealing algorithm with the analytical for the testing functions, the feasibility and validity of the VIGA was verified.

The method employs characteristic values such as hinge node voltage at dividing place between the large district grid and the provincial grid and tie line reactive power and so on as a coordinated variable of wattless control of the large district grid and the provincial grid, and real-timely calculates an optimal set value of the coordinated variable in the large district grid which is sent down to the provincial grid via wide area communication. In the coordinated control of the provincial grid, the method can not only realize the control object of original grid, but can also realtimely track the optimal set value of the coordinated variable given by the large district grid.

本方法选择大区电网与省级电网分界处枢纽节点电压和联络线无功等特征量作为大区电网与省级电网无功控制的协调变量，通过大区电网的无功优化，实时计算出大区电网中协调变量的最优设定值，该设定值通过广域通信下发到省级电网，在省级电网的协调控制中，除了满足本级电网的控制目标外，还实时跟踪由大区电网给出的协调变量的最优设定值。
