AIM: To investigate alteration and cross link of the aortic and platelet endogenous L-arginine/NOS/NO pathway induced by septic shock. METHODS: The septic shock model was made in rats by caecal ligation and puncture.

目的：观察感染性休克对大鼠血小板及血管L-精氨酸/一氧化氮合酶/一氧化氮通路的影响及其相互联系，探讨感染性休克损伤的机制。

Even when treated, mortality from cardiogenic shock after MI and from septic shock is high (60 to 65%).

Based on these previous work, in this research, in order to explore the the molecular mechanism of enhanced tumor cell immunogenicity treated by elemene and mytomycin C compositely, we used murine Hca-F ascitic hepatic carcinoma ( high lymphatic metastasis substrain of H22) as an experimental model to compare the immunoprotective effects on Hca-F cells as well as the mechanism of the effects caused by HSP70-peptide complex purified from untreated tumor cells, EC-TCV and BCG; We studied the mechanism of increased tumor cell membrane HSP expression treated with elemene by the techniques of RT-PCR and immunoelectron microscopy; In order to deeply elucidate the antitumor effects and the molecular mechanism of elemene in increasing tumor cell immunogenicity we analyzed and compared the effects of elemene and heat shock on the gene expressions of tumor cell using gene expression profile chip.

本论文在上述研究成果的基础上，选择小鼠肝癌H22的高淋巴道转移亚系Hca-F为模型，进一步比较了未处理肿瘤细胞来源、榄香烯复合瘤苗来源的和卡介苗来源的HSP70-肽复合物对Hca-F的免疫保护效应、效应机制，探讨榄香烯-丝裂霉素复合处理增强肿瘤细胞免疫原性的分子机制；以Hca-F和人肝癌细胞株HepG〓等为模型研究了榄香烯处理增强肿瘤细胞膜热休克蛋白表达的机制；以HepG〓为模型用表达谱基因芯片研究比较了榄香烯与热休克处理对肿瘤细胞基因表达的影响，从而进一步阐明榄香烯抗肿瘤作用及增强肿瘤细胞免疫原性的分子机制。

The release of CRH in stress response during menopause inhibited the secretion of GnRH, gonadotropic hormone and estrogen and induced the expression of intracellular HSP. As the growing of month, the expression of HSP70 and HSP70mRNA in uterus went up at the beginning and came down in the end. The result might be caused by the following:The increase of CRH and the decrease of estrogen during early menopause weakened the inhibitory effects on HSP.

本实验观察到随着大鼠月龄的增长子宫HSP70及mRNA的表达呈先增后降的变化，早期热休克蛋白的增加可能与CRH的增加及局部雌激素水平下降对HSP抑制作用的降低有关，但随着组织器官的衰退，其蛋白合成能力下降，因而表现出晚期热休克蛋白及基因表达下调。

The average ISS was 30.7 for each case.15 patients died.6 of 15 case died from hemorrhagic shock,one died from hemopneumothorax,one died from renal failure,3 cases of patients died from severe cerebral injuries,3 cases of patients died from ARDS,one died from MOF.

平均ISS为30.7；死亡15人，其中死于失血性休克6例，死于血气胸及肾衰各1例，死于严重颅脑损伤3例，死于ARDS 3例及多器官功能衰竭1例；伤后早期抗休克治疗及手术内固定有利患者康复及减少并发症发生。
