On the basis of the research of Growth-type Enterprise and management theory, in the light of its present conditions, this dissertation concluded Growth-type Enterprise problems, analyzed the forming reasons to find the effective management ways, which could promote Growth-type enterprise pullulate steadily and fast, so as to make Growth-type Enterprise promote the national economy.
