Specially, the author hopes to find whether the financial system development promotes the provincial per capita, the accumulation of provincial savings, the formation of provincial capital, the advancing of productivity, the bettering of industrial structure and the shaping of firms. Finally, according to the result of the empirical study, the author brings forward the Contradiction of Chinese Financial System Development during transition period. To explain the Contradiction, the author puts forward a hypothesis: time consistency and institution coupling of the optimal system arrangements. Within the hypothesis framework, the author analyses and explains the contradiction's essential, and seeks the reason of Chinese financial system development's path formation during transition period. After judging the efficiency of Chinese financial system development prudentially, the author gives his advices on how to drive Chinese financial system to the"Growth-Enhancing Financial System Development"path. The dissertation is divided into five chapters. It consists of as follows: Part I includes foreword and Chapter One"the review of financial development theory and literature". In foreword, the author expounds the fundamental definition and basic theory. In Chapter One, the author first analyses the"finance-growth"nexus in theory, and which constitutes the foundation of the concrete mechanism of finance affecting growth.

首先对金融发展与经济增长的关系在理论上进行了梳理,指出金融发展能够促进经济增长,金融是现代经济增长的"第一推动力";其次将这种理论关系分解,借助当前本领域的最新研究方法和工具从宏观和微观层面验证转轨时期中国各地区金融发展与经济增长传导机制的效果,即金融体系的发展是否有效地促进了各地区人均产值的增加、储蓄的积累、资本的形成、生产力的提高、产业结构的调整以及企业的成长;最后在实证检验的基础上提出"中国金融发展悖论",并在"最优制度安排的动态一致性与制度耦合"假说的框架内来分析中国金融发展悖论的真实内涵以及中国金融发展路径形成的原因,审慎评价转轨时期中国金融体系的发展效率,初步探讨了中国金融体系走向"推动经济增长"金融发展道路,指出实现金融对现代经济的"第一推动力"作用所应努力的方向。

Empirical results indicate that all three hypotheses of this study sustained: Hypothesis 1—"career development" and "training" in the enterprise repatriation program has positive influence on the affective organizational commitment of repatriates;"career development" has positive influence on the normative organizational commitment;"career development","training" and "compensation and benefit" has positive influence on continuance organizational commitment; Hypothesis 2—"conscientiousness" and "neuroticism" has positive influence on the affective organizational commitment;"conscientiousness" and has positive influence on the normative organizational commitment;"neuroticism" has positive influence on the continuance organizational commitment; and Hypothesis 3—"openness to experience" and "emotional stability" can enhance affective organizational commitment when "career development" is implemented by the organization;"openness to experience" can enhance affective organizational commitment when "training" is implemented by the organization;"conscientiousness" can reduce continuance organizational commitment when "career development" is implemented by the organization;"emotional stability" can reduce continuance organizational commitment when "compensation and benefit" is implemented by the organization; and "extraversion" can reduce continuance organizational commitment when "job arrangement" is implemented by the organization.

实证结果显示,本研究三大假设皆达部份成立,第一假设:企业施行回任措施中的「前程规划」与「教育训练」将可提升回任人员情感性组织承诺、施行「前程规划」将可提升规范性组织承诺、施行「前程规划」、「教育训练」与「薪酬管理」将会提升持续性组织承诺。第二假设:回任人员「严谨性」与「情绪稳定性」特质可提升回任人员情感性组织承诺、「严谨性」特质可提升规范性组织承诺、「情绪敏感性」特质将会提升持续性组织承诺。第三假设:「严谨性」与「情绪稳定性」特质对组织施行「前程规划」可提升情感性组织承诺、「开放的学习性」对「教育训练」施行可提升情感性组织承诺、「严谨性」对「前程规划」施行可降低持续性组织承诺、「情绪稳定性」对「薪酬管理」施行可降低持续性组织承诺、「外向性」对「工作安排」施行可降低持续性组织承诺。兹就上述结果提供对企业与后续研究者的建议。对企业的建议为:1。企业在回任措施中应加强前程规划的设计:企业除了就短期的薪酬与工作安排条件让回任员工愿意留任,亦应思考如要让回任员工能够投入工作中,长期的规划与发展不可缺少。2。外派人员人格特质甄选工具的运用:为了能找到具备严谨性、情绪稳定性与开放的学习性特质的人选,甄选用的工具即扮演著十分重要的角色,可利用人格特质测验、面谈等甄选工具。

The author, in combination with the practice of his own participation in relevant construction of credit system for import and export companies carried out by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China as well as Fujian Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau in the recent years, concluded the existing problems in the issue upon deliberate consideration: First, unclear social definition; Second, disunity of realization of the connotation of inspection and quarantine credit system for import and export companies; Third, misunderstanding of rating the comprehensive credit level of enterprises; Fourth, confusion between credit and good faith; Fifth, undistinguished definition between credit rating of enterprise inspection and quarantine and the category of enterprise classified management; Sixth, inappropriate selection of development mode.
