任务区分析

Materials and Methods 15 native Chinese-speakers with right-handedness were divided into two groups, include 7 men and 8 women. They were asked to perform Chinese synonym judgement tasks. Block designing was performed in this experiment, fMRI data were collected, data analysis was carried out using spm99 software, generated the activation map, and compared fMRI activation patterns of males and females in semantic processing.

材料与方法 15名母语为汉语的在校大学生，右利手，分为男性组和女性组，男7名，女8名，执行汉字同义词判断任务，选择组块设计方案，采集其脑部的fMRI数据，结果采用spm99软件进行数据分析，得到脑功能活动图像，并对男性和女性语义加工任务时的脑激活区进行比较。

Specifically when operating Go/No go tasks,the brain blood flow in the areas of anterior cingulated cortex,the medial prefrontal,lateral inferior frontal gyrus and corpus callosum rise dramatically,which implies that deficiency may exist in the functions of these parts of the brain,and depressed patients among college students have the problem of behavioral inhibition in the cognitive aspect, which is connected with certain parts of the brain mechanism.

更多数图谱数据分析方法，发现抑郁症组和正常组间存在相应脑区局部脑血流的显著变化，具体体现在执行Go/No go任务时，前扣带回和前额内侧、额下回外侧和胼胝体区域内的脑血流显著升高，提示这些部位的脑功能可能存在功能性改变，说明抑郁症大学生在认知方面存在行为抑制，而且该问题与特定部位的脑机制有关。

In particular, it is unknown how the relevant neural substrates function as a network to mediate perspective-taking during the task requiring understanding other's belief. The current work first developed a new psychological paradigm that excludes potential confounds such as the processing of language, biological motion, episodic memory and causal coherence in the paradigms used in previous studies. I recorded neural activities associated with mental inference task using functional magnetic resonance imaging and electroencephalography in order to investigate the functional roles of several brain areas (i.e. precuneus, MPFC, etc.) that engage in understanding other's belief. I also proposed a computational model based on the neuroimaging results that simulated the neurocognitive mechanism underlying cortical dynamics in correct judgment of other's belief.

本文首先发展了一个新的心理学实验范式，排除以往常用&错误信念&范式中与语言加工、生物运动、情景记忆及事件连续性和因果性等方面的混淆，采用功能磁共振成像（functional magnetic resonance imaging， fMRI）和脑电（Electroencephalography， EEG）时频分析等脑成像技术，记录与理解他人信念任务相关的神经活动，通过对行为和脑成像数据的分析，研究楔前叶和内侧前额叶等脑区在理解他人信念任务中的功能意义，并根据脑成像结果，提出一个基于自我和他人视角竞争的计算模型，模拟大脑在理解他人信念时做出正确决策时的认知神经机制。

Two kinds of methods, that is, 128-channel high temporal resolution electroencephalograms and coherence technology, were integrated to research the cognitive activation patterns in responding to the task of form perception （task1）and the task involving both form discrimination and spatial location(task2). Simultaneously, the scalp was divided into 7 parts from occipital area to frontal area, each of them included same number electrodes. Coherences, between occipital area and other areas, of different frequency band were calculated.
