价值分析

This thesis is on the foundation of the comb of destination marketing literature in the domestic and international studies. From the key concept of strategic marketing "value", the destination is a platform where value is created and transferred. Regarding the management process of destination marketing strategy as the noumenon, through the analysis of value theory, epistemology and methodology, the text constructs the destination marketing strategy theory.

本文在对国内外目的地营销文献梳理的基础上，从战略营销的核心概念"价值"入手，视目的地为一个价值创造和实现的平台，以目的地营销管理过程为本体，重点通过对目的地营销战略的价值论、认识论、方法论和运行平台的分析和论述来构建旅游目的地营销战略理论。

笔者从分析这一制度的历史渊源和适用现状入手，尝试以公正和效率这一对民事诉讼的基本价值和民事反诉制度内在固有的价值为视角，对反诉的概念、性质和特点等基础理论问题和反诉的提起条件以及反诉的受理、审前处理、审理等一系列问题进行重新审视和界定，力求将我国的反诉制度完善成为一个体系完整、内容充实、功能齐备、操作可行的诉讼制度。

具体而言，本文在资产链的角度下分析股票和公司资产之间的"基础—衍生"关系，明确了本文的研究对象为资产链下的资本资产；建立了公司资产的价值，将公司资产和其基础资产公司的财产联系了起来，构造了资产链上第一个节点——公司资产的价值；将公司资产和资本资产进行了关联，在考虑公司资产变为资本资产的流动性增值后，建立了资本资产的价格模型；在前文资本资产价格模型的基础上进行了收益分解，基于此引入了具有长中短不同决策周期的三类投资者，在存在无风险资产和不存在无风险资产两种情况下分别建立了可用于实证的三因素模型。
