In chapter 3, the paper proposed a new kind of preference relation, i.e. distance preference relation; followed this, a scale was introduced for constructing antisymmetric matrix, and consistency of the matrix was defined, three methods for computing priority vector were studied; At the end, two examples were used to demonstrate the application of the new method,and they showed that the introduction of antisymmetric matrix to AHP is effective and valuable.

本文首先探讨了项目后评价的一般理论和方法，在实际调查分析的基础上，根据鹤壁万和电厂粉煤灰蒸压砖厂扩建工程投产后的实际情况运用数据财务数据分析方法对该项目前评价与建成后实际数据进行了分析比较，在此基础上本文对鹤壁电力集团公司砖厂扩建工程项目财务后评价，具有一定的实践价值，对今后同类项目的管理决策具有借鉴意义。

This article introduces the development and the evolution of IT channel in our country, focusing on the IT channel pattern based on the electronic commerce. Analysis from transformation of value chain explains electronic commerce the fundamental reason which affects the IT channel. Various analyses which IT channel is affected by electronic commerce have been carried out. The relationship between the consumer network purchase behavior and the IT electronic channel has been explained, and necessity of the middle man electronic commercialized pattern had been discovered. Standing on the previous research, this article summarizes the tendency of IT channel development and predicts the future of orientation of IT channel so as to provide some principles for medium and small sized channel members. In the last part of the article, it visualizes the future new IT channel pattern from the angle of economics.

本文介绍了我国IT渠道的发展与演变过程，重点分析了基于电子商务的IT渠道模式，从价值链的改造这个角度进行分析，说明电子商务对IT渠道影响的根源所在，对电子商务影响IT渠道这一事物进行了各种层次和角度的分析，解释了消费者网络购买行为和IT电子渠道中产品选择的关系，揭示了中间商电子商务化的必然性，在以上研究的基础上，总结了IT渠道的当前发展趋势后，本文结合以上研究内容，做出对IT渠道走向的预测，为中小型渠道成员的战略选择提供了一定依据，最后从经济学角度出发做出了对未来IT渠道新模式的构想。

Meanwhile, it could be seen that there does not exist a confidence interval with width less than 0.5 because of the property of Poisson distribution. Based on these conditions, the author mainly carried out research into two aspects of this problem as follows. Firstly, by numerical and theoretical analysis, the author compares some existent confidence intervals, for example,"exact" confidence interval, Wald confidence interval and Bayesian confidence interval, and finds some deficiencies points of the confidence intervals, whose modification version has been proposed .Also, several better confidence intervals such asare also presented .Secondly, for given confidence coefficient and interval width, the author constructs a class of asymptotical two-stage interval estimate procedures. At the same time, under varies restriction of confidence coefflcientent interval width, the optional sample size of the first stage has been computed by numerical computation. The numerical computation shows that the method considered in this dissertation have good properties and applied value.

同时，由于Poisson分布的特性，我们知道不存在其参数区间长度小于0.5的置信区间，基于这些情况，我们主要展开了以下两个方面的研究：一是利用数值计算分析与理论分析的方法对现有的若干置信区间如"精确"置信区间，Wald置信区间，Bayes置信区间等进行分析比较，发现了一些缺陷，针对这些缺陷，我们进行适当的修正，并得到几种性质较好的置信区间如：修正大样本区间Jeffreys原则下置信区间二是针对已给定的置信系数与区间长度，我们提出了一种渐近的两阶段区间估计程序，并利用数值计算的方法，在各种置信系数与区间长度限定下，算出了最优的第一阶段观测次数，大量数据表明，本文考虑的方法性态良好，具有应用价值。

在研究方法上，本文以意象分析法为贯穿全文的主要方法，通过对意象的具体分析来****凉山诗群的诗歌世界；在诗人的选择上以其作品的影响力及意义为标准，选择了这一诗群的七位诗人展开论述，他们分别是吉狄马加、吉木狼格、倮伍拉且、马德清、阿库乌雾、阿苏越尔、俄尼·牧莎斯加；在论述过程上，笔者以诗歌的民族性和诗性作为前后贯穿的潜在线索，着重探讨了这一诗群创作的三个主要倾向和三个主要领域，前者详论，后者略述，具体表现在对前三位诗人的论述以诗人论的形式详细展开，探讨他们所代表的凉山诗群发展过程中的三个主要创作倾向，即民族文化的深层开掘、诗艺的实验性探索和艺术哲学的尝试性建构，对后四位诗人的论述则以主题的方式展开，探讨他们所代表的凉山诗群在爱情诗、乡土诗和文化诗三个领域的探索；在文章结构上，全文主要分为两大板块，一是对各位诗人创作的具体意象分析，二是在前文分析的基础上进行理论的整合，以此将前面散珠似的论述贯穿成一个有机整体；在结论上，我们通过整合得出：1、凉山诗人群新时期以来诗歌创作的大致发展脉络：在母族文化的基质之上的多元诗艺探索，其民族文化价值取向呈现为回归—离去—再回归的螺旋式上升形态；2、新时期彝族凉山诗人群汉语诗歌创作的特点，即民族文化意识的深层自觉，对诗性的关注和探索；3、新时期彝族凉山诗人群汉语诗歌创作的缺陷，即情感意蕴的雷同和创作格局的狭小。
