This thesis tries to analyze and study the above question. The thesis consists of five parts. The first part briefly analyzes the meaning and changes of values; The second part mainly examines the history of economic globalization and the orientation of ~慳lues.

Abstract］ objective to explore and analyse the value of progressive obstructive jaundice by ct.methods the thesis had collected 48 obstructive jaundice cases which had been confirmed on surgical opertion,pathology and clinic,it included 48 benign obstructive jaundice cases,19 malignant obstructive jaundice cases,which had already been carried out a reriew for its image and clinical datas.results ct had a higher accuracy for the position,noxa and qualitative diagnosis of obstructive jaundice.conclusion ct has a very high clinical application value for obstructive jaundice.

目的 探讨并分析ct在诊断梗阻性黄疸中的价值。方法收集经手术病理和临床证实的梗阻性黄疸48例，其中良性梗阻性黄疸29例，恶性梗阻19例，对其影像学及临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 ct检查对梗阻性黄疸部位、病因及定性诊断准确性较高。结论 ct对梗阻性黄疸具有较高的临床应用价值。

For this reason, some basic studies, such as the definition of the environment, systematic analyses of the ecosystem of man-environment, deep thinking about environmental problems, navigative proposal of environmental construction, assessment of environmental awareness and ethics, comments on importance of morals and laws, philosophical ponderation of environmental values, and discussion on relationships between science, technology and the environment are previously conducted in the dissertation.

为此目的，本文首先通过对环境的基本概念的界定、人类-环境系统的层次分析、环境问题的理性透视、环境意识与生态伦理、环境价值的哲学思考、科学技术与环境、从环境保护到环境恢复再到环境建设等方面的讨论，向读者介绍了自己对环境的若干思想和认识，这也为之后的研究作了必要的铺垫。在上述讨论中，尤以经济与社会的层次分析、环境保护与环境恢复和环境建设战略辨析、环境道德与环境法制及环境价值的哲学反思等方面的论述最能体现作者独到的见解与理性。

Chapter one of this text has recommended the foreign insurance to apply financial economy to the products pricing method of insurance company, but these methods have not explained how to determine the fair premium of the multiple-line insurance company .In order to solve many business line insurance company pricing problem, chapter two introduce an very important model in insurance company capital allocation field - MR capital allocation model, through deriving capital allocation formula and simulation analysis indicate MR model allocate multiple- line insurance company capital scientifically. In order to apply MR model to non-life insurance pricing, chapter three will extend MR model to introduce loss 3 and layer P . Since the premise of MR model is a certain market price of loss, the chapter four will use the risk-neutral probability transformation technique to get the market value of loss. Under lognormal distribution, we will use location parameter shift and proportional PH transformation to illuminate the technique. The final chapter combines the prior sections result to deduce out the fair premium formula, and apply it to price the catastrophe insurance.

本文的第一章介绍了国外保险业将财务经济学应用到保险公司产品定价的方法，但是这些方法都没有说明如何确定多业务线保险公司的公平保费；为了解决多业务线保险公司定价问题，第二章引入保险公司资本配置领域非常重要的一个模型—MR资本配置模型，通过推导资本配置公式及模拟分析表明MR模型科学地配置了多业务线公司的资本；为了将MR模型应用到非寿险公司的定价中去第三章扩展了MR模型，引入了损失β和层β的概念：由于MR模型的前提条件是有一个确定的损失市场价值，第四章利用风险中性转化方法获得损失的市场价值，在损失为对数正态分布的条件下，通过位置参数转化和比例危险转化方法给出了实例说明；第五章结合前几章的结果给出非寿险公司公平保费的定价公式，并运用它给出了巨灾保险价格的模拟分析。

This article analyzes the price formation mechanism from three aspects in the electricity market: the interests balance among the enterprises, the optimal resources allocation, the price flexibility and the external characteristics of the industrial economy. So, we have reached a core conclusion, that is, the integrated value of the electricity is the basis of the price formation. We can negotiate the benefit distribution among enterprises gradually and vertically by introducing the flexibility cost of the power enterprises, the use of the positive and the negative externalities of electric powers, the property rights decomposition of the power resources and the value re-estimation into the mechanism of the price formation.

本文从各企业利益平衡、资源配置的最优化、弹性价格及电力产业经济外部性特征等三个方面分析电力市场价格形成机制，分析得出一个核心的结论，电力资源的综合价值是电力价格形成的理论基础，将发电企业的弹性成本，电力正负外部性，电力资源的产权分解与电力价值再估算不断地引入价格形成机制之中才能逐步地协调电力市场纵向结构间企业之间的利益分配关系。

It introduces China pharmaceutical industry's characters and problems and then analyzes influence factors from the macroscopically, interspaced and microscopically views. Chapter four is the empirical research part in this paper. It introduces the principal of appraisal index and the choosing of the indexes. Then it introduces the building of model and its disposal method in Spss. To get a clear view of principal components analysis the paper analyzes the differentiate and connection between PCA and factor analysis. In this basement, the paper introduces the disposal process and results of the model. The paper then improves the model with entropy right method to eliminate the portrait diversity of data. To validate the model's stability, the paper makes a significance test of the four results.

第四章是本文的实证研究部分，首先介绍了评价指标选取的原则和指标的确定；然后介绍了模型的构建及其在spss中的处理原理，由于主成分分析法不能在spss中直接实现，且其原理和操作都易与因子分析相混淆，所以本节首先分析了主成分分析法和因子分析法的区别和联系，在此基础上描述了怎样在spss的因子分析的基础上利用主成分分析法进行投资价值评价模型的数据处理；然后介绍了模型的数据处理过程和输出结果，随后利用熵权法对模型做了进一步改进，消除了数据间的纵向差异性，并对改进前后的输出结果进行显著性检验，以验证模型的稳定性。
